Call me an old fart, but I didn't think that was even funny, forget about hilarious. If I was that kid from PC i would have ran him down and rejected that ball all the way to Caproni's -
Swolsky is a player, he alone will make a difference. Hated when he got injured during summer ball

And yet they beat a hot Robertson County team by double figures without Crump -
Paris vs George Rogers Clark predictions
All In replied to gold sunrise's topic in KY Boys Basketball (High School)
GRC with all the pre season hype needs to not only start beating teams but at some point to give them a beat down(especially at home) with that lineup they have, think CC/Paris Tuesday night. Unfortunately for them, that doesn't happen Friday. Paris 68 GRC 65 My pick is taking into consideration that a poster said Paris was under the weather against CC and had starters sick. -

MoCo has a starting lineup that doesn't deserve a 1-4 record. They have some players -
Someone on here said before the season started we could see a repeat of last years regional finals between CC and Scott and if the more athletic teams like GRC,PC,Paris and MaCo don't match that Northern Kentucky defensive intensity and coaching that teams like BB,CC and Scott bring we will see that rematch

Mason County always seems to struggle in that gym, regular season and district tournament -
Really hope that happens

Camels make as big a statement if not more so with this victory than the GRC one. Hard to put this margin on even a bad Paris team in that gym

#17 Campbell County at Paris 12/12/17 predictions
All In replied to bball89's topic in KY Boys Basketball (High School)
Paris stays in 1st place(I say) or takes over first place(those that know what their talking about) Paris 72 CC 69 Lasts only 3 days, as they visit GRC Friday -
We did end up with a dusting yesterday right about the time you posted. Took people by surprise because it was the normal sunny day up until then, Sunday was back to the 21 st day in a row of bright sunshine. Has to be some kind of a record.

Campbell County 78 George Rogers Clark 70

True, but they played a very down MoCo team as compared to traveling to Falmouth to play a top 5 team and I would be shocked if CC didn't stay over night in Mt. Sterling or Winchester since they knew they would play again the following afternoon. We will soon find out who #1 is soon because they play Paris Monday night I think. Loser drops to # 3 for awhile anyway. Paris also has GRC on Friday -

The GRC hype is real and said CC and Scott both would be right there in top 3 with each having 3 starters(or saw significant minutes)back this year. Paris is the one didn't see coming to challenge MaCo and PC for those top 5 votes throughout the season. -

I'd say that is probably right, though Campbell does have the 1 loss and not making excuses for GRC, but this was a back to back game after traveling to Falmouth for a very tough and impressive victory in The Woodshed and then playing less than 24 hours later. I'd still go #1 Paris #2 CC #3 GRC. CC couldn't have played them at a better time -

For like the 20th day in a row, sun shining here in Maysville, nary a flurry or even a cloud, must have went north or south again
-
Kind of a sloppy game, both teams out of control on many occasions. Both teams need shooters, lots of points in transition or off missed shots. Wouldn't want to face either team come tournament time though

And just like that GRC is #1 in the region. Both teams have to move on, I believe they both have games tommorow night against good teams. PC can right the ship with a victory over Lexington Christian -
Kind of surprising, had heard Beechwood was the next big thing with loads of young talent. Are they still a few years off or what?
