Congrats Sam! Best of luck in your Sr. Season.:dancingpa

Anyone have the list of those who made the all tournament team?

Cannot play as 18U, will be 19 Jan 28th

NKU catcher looking for summer team in the Louisville or Northern Ky area. If anyone knows of any teams looking for players please let me know.

Would you mind letting me know who told you this?

who did you hear that from?

Yes, as a catcher. They have a Sr., a Jr, another Freshman & Matt

Matt Allen, catcher for the Carroll County Panthers has made the Northern Kentucky University baseball team as a walk-on. Congratulations to Matt and best of luck at NKU......GO NORSE!!!!! :dancingpa

It was 6 to 1.

This was a hard fought game by both teams with many chances for both to pull away and win the game. Hats off to Carroll for not dropping their heads and losing heart. Keep it going Panthers....you guys have come a long way and have much more to prove....keep focused...School is almost over but there's a lot more baseball to be played and I believe this team has what it takes to keep the hits coming, make the plays that are needed and to perservere in the end.....GO PANTHERS!!!!:taz:

who picthed?

Yes, 3 different pitchers. Jesse Proctor, DC Craig & Chris Hendrick. Great team victory. Great job Panthers :taz: Keep it going!!!! :dancingpa

It should be an exciting game. I have to go with the Panthers in this one.

I have seen this team play and I would have to disagree that they lack a surplus of Talent. Some do not feel free to shoot or try to make plays without the fear of making a mistake and then losing playing time because of it. Teams cannot perform well under fear...IMO players play better if they are relaxed and not worried about being benched because of a mistake made.

Carroll will play Campbellsville at 7:30 Monday evening

Good luck at Cumberland....Best wishes as you start your college career....:ylsuper:

Matt Allen went 2 for 3, a double, single and a pop fly. 1 SB. I believe his average is over .500 and he is leading the team in RBI's and possibly singles. He is having a pretty good season.

Congrats and best of luck at Centre & at Lindsay Wilson. You will diffently be missed....seems like just yesterday we were in little league now on to college, how time flies, it's been real...hope you have a great college experience both on the field and in the classroom...hopefully we will meet up on the college field in the near future :dancingpa

Carroll is to play North Bullitt this Saturday the 15th assuming they can get on the field...time will tell!

Gallatin Co. won the 8th over Carroll Co. 62-49

Carroll has been getting better and better with each game. Should be a good match up... I have to go with the Panthers in this one, especially on their home court...:ylsuper:

Congrats to the Wildcats.... Does anyone know who the personal fouls were on at the end of the game. I didn't catch it on the radio.

Would you have a contact number for the coach of the Kings?

Do you know if this is a 2 day tryout where you have to attend both days or if you only need to attend 1 day.

Has Owen announced a new coach yet? I have heard rumors that Shane Tyree was headed to Owen.
