I'm still putting my money on Clay County.

I went to Perry County last night for the first time. Great gym byt Knott County is still the best I have been in.

This is a great tournament every year. It showcases the best teams in the mountains and raises a ton of money to help mountain kids go to college.

Clint Stepp is a pure shooter. Put on a show. I counted him with at least 6 threes. Watching him warm up I don't think this was an aberration. Great form. Great release. Bell County is can jump out of the gym. They miss Slusher. He was heads and tails more atheletic than the rest of this team, as hard as that may be to believe. Easy to see why Auburn signed him.

Brim dominated last nights game. She was the differance. She played middle school at Corbin. Which one of those girls would play significant minutes at Whitley. I guess you would rather these children not play at all. Let the kids play.

McCullah has led Whitley in scoring 3 years in a row. She lives in the Williamsburg district and played middle school there. It was nice of Whitley to honor her during a Williamsburg game. Which one of those players do you want to trade her for. She is a great kid and I hope she does well at Berea.

Knott county Central from a 13th region guy.

The 13th region is infamous for bad refs. South Laurel's biggest regret about moving to the 13th was the change in refs. Charlie Kirk looks good compared to the majority of these guys. The Canada gang is terrible.

Eric Perry has done a good job at Harlin. A very good hire.

Somerset and Harlin had better O lines than Lynn Camp. Size is not everything. Deaton and Cole did not put up those numbers without somebody blocking. I saw all 3 teams at least twice. It was not close. I do appreciate WYMT taking the time to honor these kids.

Dermotti Dawson should be in the hall of fame.

This is not a football basketball issue. I believe the three day format would probably be best. Why not rotate the schedule of games from year to year. 6A should not get the show case game every year. The KHSAA is the same bunch that ignored its members in the public private issue. What makes you think they will do the right thing now?

The refs were not the differance. Lack of composure was. McRae picked a bad night to revert to last years form. He some times tries to hard and creates more problems than he solves. Overall this year he has been much improved. McCumbers three 3's changed the whole game. Lebanion is a horse and I look forward to seeing him at quarterback next year.

I would put my money on Clay County.

Bonds numbers were great before steroids. Like McGuire does not deserve to go in on first ballot. I hope big Mark, Goose and Jim Rice get in next year. Mark was a great ambassador during his career. Gossage was dominant. Jim RIce's numbers have been deflated by the steroid era. He was one of the best most consistant players for a long time period.

Not a chance. Oden is #1. He is a Tim Duncan differance maker. Durant is a Garnet type with good range on his jumper. Noah is a physical freak. Big men should not be able to run like that. He inherited his father's feet. His own teamate, Wright, will be drafted before him.

Not a chance he is top 5. Oden will be #1. Tim Duncan style of play and extremely atheletic for a 7 footer. Durant will be a nice consalation price. Durant has Garnett atheleticsm with better range than Garnett had when he came in the league. Noah would be a good pick at 3. He is a freak. Has great speed for a little man but is 6'11". He inherited his father's feet.
