Beechwood plays Tuesday night. Who did Ryle throw last night?

Surely they have more than this .How good will the line be? Are they going to be bigger than in the past ? What knd of running back do they have ,fast -big ?Fill us in BGB25.

At what age or grade are the players allowed to attend a showcase ?

Could be fun to bounce around to games . Be nice if the "BIG DOGS " play at different times or days .I'd like to take in as many games as possible .Hopefully everyone keeps the schedule up to date on here .

I have not seen B'Wood's stats either .I wonder why they do not send them in . Where is the region tourney being held ? Is it at Champion again ?

Beechwood may be lucky to make it out of distict .As far as Elliott goes ,if you judge a kid on 1 game that is a shame .You know a player does not have hits in every game .I am sure Vince and Garrett have had a couple hitless games this year .No need to be so defensive when someone says something negative about your team . I feel it may come down to Cov Cath and Ryle .It may determine if Beechwood makes it out of district .I would not want to face B'Wood and Elliot and then turn around to play Cov Cath or Ryle .I am sure they will have to throw the best to beat him . I believe no one has played a tougher schedule than B'Wood .They just do not seem to be deep in pitching .Looking at the schedule they have played top teams tough and been man-handled by them . Should make for a interesting post-season Do not rule out HC,STHENRY and Campbell Co.:thumb:

These young men seem to have a good future ahead of them .The coaching staff seems to changing things around but they can't do it alone .Everyone has to believe in it . Whoever pitched vs Beechwood Thursday threw well .Big kid for a freshman .# 15 hit the ball real well and 25 did also .Do not know the names .If they could of put some more timely hitting together ,it may have been a different outcome . I agree with alot of the things on here I too miss .The qoute is the one that bothers me and I miss .I have coached for a number of years and have always told the kids bust your tail on every play ."Play every play like it may be your last " I insist on running everything out ,back to the pitcher pop or anything . I have them be "students of the game ".It is amazing what one can learn sitting on the bench . There is a sub-division my buddy lives in where there is a corner lot that has no house .There seems to be kids playing there alot .His kid and mine are best friends and have played there for the last 6 years ,getting to big know though .It is fun to go watch with no adults involved how the kids do .

Bankamper from Beechwood .Was one of the top backs last year as a sophmore .If he does not break an ankle in the last regular season game B'Wood just may have won another championship.He was surely missed in the game with New Cath.Not to take anything away from them by no means .

This happened in the All A state tourney . A semifinal game and it was ruled as the run counts .

Beechwood 6 or 7 to 3 over New Cath who won the Scott St Henry game ?

Runner on 3rd ,full count on batter ,2 outs .The runner on 3 rd takes off while pitcher in a slow full wind-up .the runner slides across the plate then the ball crosses over him and is called strike 3 Does the run count ?

This is really funny ! Those of you who believe this need to go out and watch some quality youth baseball this summer .I think you'll find that what you have been watching to make these comments does not apply to all kids of that age.Let me know ,I can give some schedules to check out some great baseball ,at the 12 to 15 year old range .You will probably be amazed . I'll tell you this ,I can't wait for it to start .I am tired of watching UPPERCLASSMEN make errors and carry it on the rest of the game . THE MOST IMPORTANT PLAY IN BASEBALL IS ...................... WOW !!I thought Ryle was favored to win it . What time is the BWood vs New Cath And by the way how did NCC do this ? I heard they were terrible ,FROM AN INSIDE SOURCE
