Like I said, I have not heard of any lift. I know several of the Fayette coaches as well as a couple of LexCath coaches and I haven't heard anything of the sort. Might be something I need to check out. I do know that the Fayette coaches would welcome the opportunity to play LexCath.

I think Scott County has it bad no matter what happens. Best case senario for Scott County is they get 3rd place in the district and then will have to come to Lafayette twice in a row. Lafayette is peaking right when they need to. Lafayette will win this one big...41-21.

Historically, it means nothing. Lafayette has been in this position before with Henry Clay last season when they wasn't even in the top 30 in the state and Henry Clay was in the top 5. A run up score dosen't equal dominance.

If I recall this game, Lafayette had around 200 yards passing in the first half. In the 2nd half they had around 200 yards rushing. I think that sounds more like great coaching and some good adjustments than Henry Clay collapsing. I think Simpson will have his team ready, but Harmon is not going to take this game lightly and will also have his kids prepared. Lafayette has beaten the Devils twice in the last 3 years playing. I think Lafayette has Henry Clays number.

:eek: First of all, there was no lightning at the Dunbar game. That was Lafayette vs. Woodford. Second, didn't Dunbar have a good showing against MBA...and didn't MBA beat Trinity? If Scott County is a notch above everyone else, who have they beaten? Don't be suprised if Scott County gets beaten by Dunbar this weekend. :eek:
