To me, it depends on what you need. If you have time to get it down low, I'd say Darius Miller. I'd be tempted to stick with that from any distance, especially after his three-pointer leaning into Cooper against Brossart when no foul was called. If it was a length-of-the-court dribble, where it would need to be a dribble drive and a pull-up jumper, I'd go with Chris Owens. If it was length of the court deal, but there was time to get it into the lane, Jesse Hall's floater is almost money every time this year. Finally, if it was a set three-pointer you needed, I'd call Trevor Setty's number.

While I agree with just about every word in this post, I might edit "favorable" if I were you. Just my opinion, but a possible meeting with Ballard in the second round isn't what I would call favorable. Regardless, I do believe you are right with the beginning, especially like tonight when Miller doesn't necessarily look for his own shots and gets six points. Setty and Stahl really picked up the slack in two very different areas (long range, close range) of the game.

AMEN! You beat me to it. You can put the obvious Millers and Settys, Owens's and Andersons, but for my money, this kid's been invaluable for Augusta.

Right now? Russ Middleton for Mason County, hands down. Next year and the year after? Keith Downing and Jeremy Thompson of the Royals. I also like what I've seen this year of Andy Clarke for St. Pat and Chris Mofford from Augusta in what time they get. Both are scrappy in different ways (shooting and defense for Clarke, blocking and inside game for Mofford).
