  1. Well its that time folks open your hymm books and let us begin with bringing in the Rams. All RAM FANS take a big drink of orange koolaid. As we travel down 64 we need to reflect on a past game. LCA EAGLES 40 RACELAND 0 along with thinking about that let it cross your mind boys that no one thought you would be here today. You better remember every sermon your coaches have given you. OFFENSE-stay calm, hit your assignments. no over throws no under throws no fumbling the football. Catch the dang ball and NO NO NO interceptions. They get the lead on us its harder than heck to catch up. Running backs run like a new car is waiting for you at the end of the field with your name on the keys. Defense-always look for that interception, BLOCK BLOCK BLOCK and above all else HIT SOMEBODY!!! Wrap them up and take them down. Special Teams- put us in great field position. no fumbling the ball. Seniors take this one home!!! How would it feel to win this one. To be cheered on by a sea of orange. To hear the sound of fire trucks. To know no one thought you could do it. You know what happens if you give up. Its going to be real fun having that senior speech on LCA field. Now get out there and GET "R" Done. Sermon Complete.
  2. I hope everyone is ready. It is getting closer to my sermon. Open up your orange crush books on Thursday and be prepared for a goodie.
  3. I think it is only fair that he sings it in the customary ORANGE toga. HAHA
  4. I think we need to spread the ball around on the offense. Dont give the other team a chance to key in on one player. Next lets dont forget our defense. Big plays can be made on defense. I will save the actual sermon for Thursday.
  5. Dont forget the 2006 team which lost to LCA regular season and came back to win on LCA field in playoffs. That should give you boys something to think about.
  6. I do want to mention that nice gentleman from Campbellsville that spoke to me as I was leaving and said please do us a favor a get a victory from LCA. We will be pulling for you. I didnt get his name but we sure appreciate your support. I always like to put in a good moment also.
  7. I have to ask just because I have never seen it before on a high school level. Besides the clock is there not a rule about being on the field?
  8. I want to thank our ram fans and the other fans on this thread for recognizing what a class act Rams have. I was kinda close to the cheerleading situation last night and even the cheer coach was threatened by that group. You are soooo right they did act with class. They just kept doing their job and kept the spirit up in the crowd.
  9. Seniors once again do you want to have your talk on another teams field? I am justing going to tell it like it is. Lineman step up. Get them in the backfield. I dont want to see one first down. Receivers as Coach would say catch the dang ball. Special teams block for your runners. Running backs run forward not backward haha. Most importantly stop the stupied PENALTIES. No delay of games, no roughing the kicker, no holding, no jumping off sides. NO NO NO. LETS WIN THIS ONE and not let anyone question your ability. Fans get with sideline doc and lets all step up. Since when do we not have a full crowd? A sea of orange. There should be nothing that you are doing tomorrow that is more important than this. Ok I have preached enough.
  10. LCA by at least 20. Hey Bluto since we are talking age did you retire you toga?
  11. Congrats to those boys. I feel like they are four boys that have been a part of the heart of the team.
  12. Cerebral has a fine point there seemed to be too much quite air from officials. Worried me about injuries. I know a few are really banged up a little more than usual.
  13. Congrads to the Raceland Team. A special congrads to Cody Grant. He joins the ranks of two other lineman that have scored touchdowns. The list is now Clint Thompson, Robbie Logan and now Cody Grant. Go Line!!!!
  14. Thank you Greatest Fan for calling those seniors out!!!! Let's go! We have talked about how much talent from the 2006 teams seniors until last years seniors left had. This years seniors have been debated all season can they step up and get the job done. Lets not have that senior speech this week. Lets pull together as the orange crush "Band of Brothers" and led our (team) to victory. Any questions boys?
  15. I love the post by oldrambler. You are right it was a total team effort. The line was working hard and the receivers were making the first downs possible. I think they call those boys work horses. Receivers and running backs that get the first downs but do not necessarily get the ball to score. My hats off to them and the line.
  16. Absolutely on the coaching staff. It has been said for many years on bluegrass the boys have to buy into what the coaches are saying. I believe they are heading that way.
  17. Congrats to the Rams. As oldrambler said have a great homecoming weekend. I didnt get to hear on updates who is our homecoming queen?
  18. Surely We can reach Graybeard with the ending score.
  19. So Ashland still has time to score. There is a minute forty two still to go?
  20. Farley has down an excellent job punting and getting it far down field.
  21. Yes still at South Point. I have heard one then one thirty. I will try and send you a message for sure on that. We expect Georgetown to come out the victor of course but hope that this enables KCU to again get some experience with teams that have been in NAIA for years.
