  1. I AGREE! Looked like something you would give out in a grade school tournament>
  2. IMO--Elliot takes this. However I would like to see Mcdavid get to go to state before he graduates.
  3. It was started in the hotel by the team parents.
  4. Like Tubby his assistants are not much help. Two losses by 4 points both in the final 10 seconds. However, the Lady Royals have picked up his spirits.
  5. Ricky P is still reeling from 2 losses at AAU.
  6. Congrats to the Royals and Coach Euton for overcoming the naysayers for two years running.  Way to deliver the "knockout" punch.
  7. Usually what happens when you play a talented team hitting their stride.:thumb:
  8. She drives too fast for that. She would have been air born over that ditch.
  9. Ricky P., Was that your car I saw in the ditch when I was leaving the game last night?
  10. Yes you did. She got in town just in time for the game and will go back to Louisville in the morning.
  11. Good win for the Lady Royals heading into the region. The game was never really in doubt. A good game plan by Coach Euton.:thumb: CONGRATS to Lindsay Adkins for making all-tournament team-- it was good to see her out there wearing that big smile.
  12. Rose Hill will be fine. They have EVERYONE returning from this years team. They will continue to mature and improve. I think we all tend to forget how young most of the players are because they are so talented.I expect them to make a serious run in the region over the next 5-7 years.:thumb:
  13. They are very good young players BUT not good enough YET to totally take over a game. Until then, they have to get more offense (or at least the threat of taking shots) from other positions.
  14. :thumb: RH will continue to struggle in close games until more of their 7 man rotation feel comfortable in taking an open shot. They have 2 future superstars BUT you allow the oppositions defense to be much tougher when the other 2-3 players are not looking for an open shot or at least look uncomfortable in taking it.
  15. If thats not a front page of the sports section story --I dont know what is ! Congrats Emily on a wonderful career.:thumb:
  16. If Ricky P. was a well dressed man, his wife definitely layed out his clothes for the game.
  17. I think they also deal better with the players and coaches in confrontations.
  18. I would agree with your logic. In fact if you look at R.H. during years when their talent level was much lower they never made it to the region with a draw. You have to have enough talent to win. I realize the draw seems to hold out a THEORETICAL wild card that you could make it to the regions without having a good team, however if you cant beat the 3rd seed during the season why would you think you would win in the post season. I think the better advantage would be if you were the second or third best team and do not have to meet the best team on the first round of the districts
