Your arguing with one fan, come on give me a break. There won't be one starter on Ryle's team, or a coach on that coaching staff that isn't going to be preparing all week for the toughest football team/staff they have played or coached against in their entire lives.

I dont care about those two games, Este was the first game of the year starting QB out, and there's a major drop off between #1 and #2 at that spot, and the other was a loss an away loss to Boone, our biggest rival, and we got down early and NKY and one of the area's best rushers just grinded out a nice win against Ryle. Our players don't care about those scores, the only player on Ryle that has gotten to play against Trinity was Gray as a freshman. I think the Kicker kicked then too. We'll be ready to go. I'm not worried. These players are hungry to put there stamp on there amazing season, just as hungry as your school is for #17 I can promise you that.

No one rooting, or playing for Ryle cares who've we played this year. We play Trinity next Thursday and that's all were focused on now! Don't hate because were super excited for our first State Championship expierence as a school, and our team is playing outstanding football. The game has to be played still so we'll see how things pan out. And to answer your question I guess Ryle just never ''wanted it'' in the years past? I think that's pretty simple. Our WHOLE team believes this year, and it's clearly showing. We believe and that's all that matters!

That play was amazing! He's a big time player.

I'd love to see Murray and Gray get on the KY All-Star team. Murray on Offense and Gray on defense or both on D. I think they have definately earned it.

Yeah we'll just have to be physical and ball hawk like we've been doing during our awesome run. We make the most out of causing turnovers, and just creating big plays on D.

Having strong runners on those quick dives is huge for Ryle because alot of time Gillum, or Vince will get hit on those quick dives and just drag the defenders for an extra 5-10 yards. Really opens up the outside running because you have to respect it.

What a game by the Raiders. Henderson has some nice speedy RB's but the Raider's D was all over the place all night almost everyone of them had standout plays and Scottie Gray and Vince Murray were all over the field! On offense Ryle's run game just couldn't be stopped Vince had another huge game I'm sure its right around that 200 yard mark he had some amazing runs and punishing stiff arms. There was a great catch by Josh Morgan for a 47 yard td after he broke a tackle at about the 15 yard line. Adam Schmitz and Gillum blocked and ran the ball great too when they got it. Dustin Huth had a really nice catch for a TD at the TE position. It was a great overall effort, and Ryle is really playing to there fullest potential. They had some dumb penalties, but it wasn't nothing that people who are complaing who weren't even there are stressing. It was a hard fought game, and Henderson played hard the whole game, and brought a nice crowd. Go Ryle!! 9-0 @ Ryle this year way to honor your number one fan Mr. Cooper!

I'm going to say its a beautiful day for some football here in Union, I don't know how we got this lucky, personally I think someone up north of us is looking down on Union tonight and giving us this great weather! I won't predict a score, but I know Ryle is going to play there hearts out tonight and I think there going to be in the State Championship next week! Ryle's undefeated at Home this year and this will be their 6th straight home game in a row, and I think that helps out tonight! Go win another one for Cooper!!

Yup. I'll be there. It's the first time we've ever made it this far I would never miss it!

I was a senior on the team your talking about and thats something we did every game was run out to midfield and break down then go to the sidelines. Against you all we happened to be standing on the gigantic T that's painted in the middle of the field and didn't think twice about it. I was going to post this instance after they started talking about what happened with the Meade players, but I was sure you or one of the other Rocks fans would post something about it!

I wouldn't argue you with you if Victor Anderson didn't play in this state.

Was curious about his numbers so I did a little searching... Going into the playoffs Murray led Ryle with 860 rushing yards on 7.4 yards per carry. Gray was right behind him with 859, on 5.4 yards a carry. Since about week 8 his carries have been increased and he has responded in a huge way since it's the post-season rushing for very eye opening numbers, and leading the Raiders to a final 4 home game in the 4a playoffs. Here's what he has done so far in the playoffs. v.s Dixie Heights 30 carries 273 yards 2 tds 9.1 yds/carry v.s Campbell County 32 carries 158 yards 2 tds 4.9 yds/carry v.s Meade County 16 carries 197 yards 2 tds 12.3 yds/carry This brings his numbers rushing to 1468 yards rushing and 18 td's on 194 carries for an average of 7.5 a carry. That's pretty awesome stats considering that going into the playoffs he was second on the team with 94 tackles, 17 1/2 for loss, 9 sacks, 3 forced fumbles, and I know of atleast 1 defensive TD against Campbell. He plays pretty much every offensive and defensive down and never showns fatigue. He IMO is the best overall RB in NKY.

No I was talking to a coach before the game, and he told us it made the players pretty fired up to start the game! On another note Vince had 197 yards rushing on just 16 carries!

He doesn't gas either. He is out there the entire game literally. They love to blitz him on defense I'm pretty sure he had 11 sacks in the regular season, I'm pretty sure I read that.

I tell you what at like 6'1 205+ he a beast of a RB at the high school level, and he has very natural running back skills. He is an aggressive runner and seems to get better as his carries come. IMO he's All-State for sure. I think he can play 1-AA atleast. He is a very good LB too.

Vince Murrary was beast again tonight. I'm sure he had over 200 yards rushing.

I feel like im refreshing a play by play of a basketball game with all this scoring.

Normally I would be there for this one, because usually Trinity just knocked us out of the playoffs, but this year were still in it! I have respect the Trinity Program a lot after playing there twice in the playoffs, and attending a few games between our programs since. They always play at a very high level in the playoffs, and I know that Male is dominating this year, but I like Trinity's offense against Male's man to man D. It works good when your guarding 2 WR's against X, but not when there's 4 and 5 against Trinity. Dogs could be up early, but I think Petrino pulls out a big win in the second half. CCH WR's won't be shut down. Both there main targets will be around that 100 yd mark, and they make big plays, even when there covered. CCH is not only the top 3A team in the state, but there Top 5 in the whole state IMO. I'll take CCH by atleast 10. BTW It's gotta be some very gusty wind to keep there kicker from kicking it whever he wants.

Come on stay up on that info. Meade Co. beat Boone Co. by 3 points!!! Farris had just gotten into the mix for Boone, and eventually there QB started to be one of the better ones in the District. Common opponents mean nothing, it's all about how the two teams playing match up. We'll be waiting in you Union for you all Friday.....enjoy the ride, because you'll be entering the Raiders House once you get here...

We watched game from the Raiders sideline, and looking at the Full bleachers it was clearly 3/5 camel fans. They filled there side and even were coming onto the Raider side of seating.
