Throughout the whole state in all classes what game will be the best? Will it be the Russell/Belfrey game? Or will it be the New Cath/Somerset? Or who ???

You know I've been all over the state and Russell is really a nice sports complex, I can remember a few years ago, I think it was 1999 Newport Wildcats went down there and handed it to them, and a matter of fact I love the Russell Red Devils they have a great football tradition. And because that year I won the 'split the pot", $484.00. But I really wish you guys luck!!!

Bardstown in a barnburner 30-28

I had heard that Russell did'nt pass much, last week in the Russell/Newport game they ran mostly power football, but when they were down 27-20 with 3 minutes left in the game, they broke out their passing attack and went down and scored and tied the game, I think the QB was 5-for-5 on that drive.

Look for Bardstown to go PJS and get beat by the Breds !!!

After New Cath hands it to Somerset Friday night, then the whole state will see that the BREDS are for real this year.

Belfry should handle Russell pretty good, and then take care of Owensboro Catholic.

I think this is the year that NCC is going to win State. After Friday night, when they get done with Somerset, 42-13, Bardstown better strap'em on tight beause the BREDS are not messing around this year!!!

I know if I was a high school football player, I would'nt want to leave my home town, travel 2 or 3 hours on a school bus, and then go try to play a good football team. That would really be a disadvantage.

When Franklin County hears the "CANNON" go off tonight, they might have a little better understanding about Tradition, and they might realize that tradition does win games. I would'nt be surprised if the 12th man don't score. BBOOOMMMM!!!!!!!!!!!
