I would say RB is a big question mark going into next season. Neal and Montano are the front runners then a group of juniors with a combined 5-6 varsity carries. Its seems like every year X battles the injury bug at the running back position. Can Montano play the FB position? Who backs up Neal? Hayden or McMurray? Another thought for the FB position is Will Lawson. The kid is a natural FB that plays full speed every down. Victor and Deuce both had great FB's, Knotts and Wolz.

Is this the same Robert Ross that played at Trinity?

I would rather see this group peak later in the season around playoff time than early.

Tough early schedule for a team losing a ton of talent due to graduation. Cincy X will be a tough challenge for a team lacking experience early in the season. Through Trinity into the mix and things get really interesting. As for Daylen, :idunno: I am sure Coach Glaser will do whats best for the program. If Daylen does gets cut in baseball he will consentrate on track. His goal is the mid 4.3's for his junior season. Daylen is already being recruited by Louisville,Kentucky and several other D-1 schools. Neal should have a huge year, and lets not forget about Montano. Beech,Lawson and Snelling should make for a pretty formidable LB core. Secondary should be strong with Sears and Hall at safety. McMurray needs to be on the field. If not back then Wr or DB. QB position is solid. Buener and Leohnert will be a strong combo. If Brohm sticks at QB, then X will be three strong at QB. Even with all of the talent X has in the so call "skilled" position, a State Championship will hinge on how well the O-D lines perform. In my opinon, football games are won and lost on the line of scrimmage. Should be a very interesting year to be a St.X fan.:popcorn:

D-1 schools are stingy when it comes to the "preferred walk-on" spots. Most kids who are considered preferred sometimes are promised a roster spot with a pretty good shot at earning a scholly, at least that is what I have been told:cool:

I would say around 6'0". Kyle played baseball with my youngest son for two seasons. His dad Kerry, was a pretty good athelete in his own right, I would say dad is around 6'5"-6'6. Kyle has a younger brother that will be a pretty good athelete also.

Any school can have a good run. Central has had a good run. Male football program over the last 4 decades has been much stonger than Central. Central is a good 3A team.

I have heard rumors of some assistant coaching changes. Anyone have any info on this?
