I would say that Rock Hill would be a competitive team in the 16th. Probably anywhere from 6-10 rankings wise. They have some good athletes and their facilities are really really nice also. I was actually really surprised because we all have our stereotypes about Southern Ohio (Rock Hill, Coal Grove etc.) but I found nothing but good things about their campus and team.

Atta boy! :thumb:

You'll find out on Friday. :thumb:

I didnt particularly warn Mason. They are usually better than anyone in the 16th. But everyone in the 16th should take notice...

It should be a great game, Im looking forward to it!

The danger of being blown out of the gym. :thumb:

I never said Rock Hill was a "traditional power". But they do have a good team. #14 and #44 were both very nice inside players, they just couldnt keep up with the Tomcats. Ashland was extremely active on both end of the floor and were shooting lights out tonight. Those who thought Ashland had no bench are sorely mistaken.

Wow, big win for the Rams. Congrats to the Blue Blazer and Co.!

The Tomcats were led in scoring tonight by junior Danny Coleman, who had 18 points in 16 minutes. The entire team played well and played 8 deep with contributions from Tyler Salyer, Matt Rowe, and Shane Fairchild. Drew McDavid had 16, Thomas 13 points and 16 rebounds, yes thats 16 rebounds. Tyler Salyer scored 12 off the bench and Wilcox added 9. The Tomcats were plagued by fould trouble throughout the game with Bonner, Thomas, and Coleman eventually fouling out. Ashland shot 62% from the field and was 6/13 from 3. You have officially been warned. :ylsuper:

Absolutely incredible start for the Tomcats!

I agree. But you started it. :thumb:

Thats right, we were winning championships before RHCS was even establised.

I know, think of how much Pledge it takes to dust a 100+ trophies that symbolize decades of dominance!

Probably a long time, because there are so many. You really dont want to start this debate.....

Its not available online.

I dont know what to say about that.

Actually the Daily Independent dropped Ashland from its title a few years ago in an attempt to foster a more regional appeal. I guess its not working. :ylsuper:

The preview was a GREAT read this morning. I told you guys the cover would be AWESOME! :ylsuper:

You're getting smarter all the time. :thumb:

So, Im not allowed to have an opinion or think my team is the best in the region? I ask you, whats wrong with that?

I believe people rise to the expectations you set for them. :thumb:

1. Ashland 2. Russell 3. Elliott 4. Greenup

I forgot to mention that Matt Thomas scored 30 in this scrimmage.

NO! Great job to everyone who contributed! Nice work!

My bad. It is Rock Hill, but honestly whats the difference? Can a mod please change the title...
