I dont know anything about Coal Grove, but I dont think they normally produce great teams. I say Coach Biggs gets his first of many W's at Ashland! Tomcats roll..... Ashland 75 Rock Hill 55

It was somewhere in the 60's I think......

The Tomcats came out on fire and jumped out to an early 7 or 8 point lead, then Pendleton went on a 13-0 run and led by 10 at halftime I think. Let me tell you one thing the Tomcats are RUNNING! You could tell that they were getting tired during the end of the first half, but no doubt their conditioning will improve with 3 main players only practicing for 2 weeks. Matt Thomas looked great, he hit 3 3's in the first half and had 11 at the half. I didnt stay for the 2nd half, but Ashland did lose by one. I'm really excited to see what this team can do this season. The JV's won by 8 or so in the early game.

Any Grimm update?

Seems so!

You are correct. But Drew could play both if he so chooses.

Daniels D-1? I dont know about that. For his sake I hope he does and that would be a great accomplishment, but I just think that's pushing it.

Im really excited for the scrimmage on Saturday!

Either 11/24 or 12/1.

I have a little more info. Apparently Ashland's D was really good especially in the 2nd half, Montgomery didnt score for the first 7 minutes I believe. Ryan Bonner apparently held his own against their center who was 6'6.

Just wanted to let everyone know Ashland will scrimmage Pendleton Co. Saturday 11/25 at Anderson Gym. JV starts at 5:00, varsity at 6:00.

Summer ball and regular season games are as different as night and day.

I was told Ashland did win, but I wasnt given an exact score. But the person I talked to said they played really well. :thumb: Hopefully I can find out a little more today....

McDavid's body of work over the last few years means more than "a pretty big summer".

Well the season STARTS next Friday....

No controversy, I just like Breeden.

Its either this Friday or Next.

No way Matt Daniel is better than Drew McDavid.

Everyone at Ashland is looking forward to Manual playing in the AIT this Decemeber. :thumb:

I will always think Breeden is a great coach.

Nice try, you get an E for effort and a D+ for creativity. But the bridge was in New York....

No, but if Flynn would have resigned 2 weeks earlier he would be! :madman:

All "my boys" will love the cover, your boys probably not so much.
