Golden Lions come up with the win in Paris. It was a crazy finish. Hope someone that was at the game can give us some insight once they get home.

I think it was a reaction to some weird formation that Bourbon had set up in...not sure though cause the broadcast was cutting in and out.

WOW this is just weird...Garrard County scores from 5 yards out...then on the XP, Garard looked to be going to 2 and stopped but Bourbon is credited with a timeout prior to the play starting.

Defense has been the story of the game so far as its 7-7 at the half...sorry for the lack of updates...kinda zoned out there while watching the MLB playoffs...lol. Halftime is close to being over and action is about to get underway.

With 9:05 to go in the first half, Markell Hayes trots in from seven yards out for the Golden Lions score. Garrett Caudill's extra point evens the score at 7-7.

With 1:23 remaining in the first quarter, Bourbon County's Brent Holman scores on a Garrard County turnover from 65+ yards out and Jose Deluna kicks the extra point. Bourbon leads 7-0.

Congrats dd734! If you've never won a contest before, I will say that you will love the BGP gear you choose to get...I would suggest the new hoodie but that is just me...lol.

Its all good Fishhead...there were a couple surprise scores last week and if they would have gone the other route, the overall scores would have been drastically different. For the most part, there have been some really tight games this season in the NKY area.

Sorry that you haven't had too much success, but I love it when the games are tough to pick the winners of...I have been able to get some quality games selected in my NKY contest but in the WKY contest, not so much...its very difficult to string together 5 good games the last couples weeks for that contest.
