Joker said the delay was totally his fault for getting the intial play in late. If you wanted so bad to get this thread going again, you probably should have come up with something relevant to the debate.

I have Direct TV, don't have the Sunday ticket, and got the game in beautiful HD. I think the NFL is making a great business decision in putting games on their network. It won't be long until cable companies will be feeling the pressure to pay the price, and add the network. I was disappointed in ESPN radio, they kept trashing NFL network, complaining that no one would be able to watch last nights game. It was such the topic of conversation, that it had to have been pushed by mgt. IMO, short memory, it wasn't that long ago that they were starting up, and were showing rodeo, and other 3rd tier programming.

Just curious as to how you know these guys would not be interested? Where are you getting your inside information. Like em, or not, UK haters need to understand that the UK job is one of the premier jobs in the business. I would be shocked if any of the above declined the job, if offered.

Jim, had you been to Richmond before making such a thread? You normally bring a pretty good argument to the table, but it's pretty clear that this time all your doing is try to stir the pot. Pretty easy to see that it's the bottom teams getting better, and not the top teams getting worse. I'll admit that this year the SEC has been pretty wacky, but imo, it is still the best College football conference. (this is coming from one who grew up with the Big 10). Every analyst that I hear thinks its king, and they also understand why the OOC scheduling is what it is in the SEC. Your argument about the ACC being as good is garbage. All of the ACC teams in the top 25 are in the bottom half. They have 0 in the top 10, to the SEC's 3. I look forward to seeing your research that backs up this argument. (after your head clears).

UK and Alabama have had the same number of winning seasons in the last 4. One. Like it or not, this season is fast becoming the norm for Alabama football.

What in the heck does that have to do with your knocking the stength UK's schedule, when Alabama's is MUCH weaker?

Read the thread about Bo's passing. Many UM fans, and others, thought before the game it would "fire up" the team, and help them. If that was the case, yet another reason a rematch might not be as good a game.

While Bo was greatly respected at UM, don't you think "loved one" might be a stretch for those 18-23 yr old players?
