  1. I didn't realize PCC's coach was such a legend (haven't been much of a girls bb fan), but I did notice & comment on how well they were coached. PCC is a pretty good team.
  2. No, those powers were fired, basically for that fiasco.
  3. I know NL's 8th grade team got a new kid, his family built a house in the North district, imo much different than what's been discussed.
  4. I'm not new, but I do tend to agree with him. Bradley turns the ball over way too much, many times when not even under pressure.
  5. People, NL has had to deal with this since the school was created. As I said in a thread a couple of weeks ago, as long as SL is allowed to cherry pick NL's best players, NL will not be able to compete. The cherry picking starts as early as little league baseball. I've watched it first hand for the last 10 years. IMO, hiring a coach to get his son eligible is about as low as it gets.
  6. I thought the Bengals were 7-5, I sure hope you're not telepathic.
  7. According to just about every NFL analyst that I've heard, the call in question did cost Cincy the game, and was the worst call of the season.
  8. Outside of Myer & Carr, he was the only one with a conflict. Nit picking if you ask me. BTW - I don't think it's your job to hold someone that you've probably never met to your father's standard. My dad said to not disrespect someone unless you've walked in his/her shoes.
  9. If the computer had them tied, the human vote broke the tie. The coaches and the press voted UF #2, breaking the tie. Did you ever think that maybe they know a little more about who's better than you, an obviously biased UM fan?
  10. Pure Speculation, nothing more or less. This was the ONLY vote that really mattered.
  11. HONESTLY - I don't see it that way. What I saw was UF beating a Top 10 team on a neutral field, and improving its ranking. Very understandable to me.
  12. Kelli (Cleveland, Ohio): I am so sick of hearing "the SEC is the toughest conference in college football". Did you find that to be true THIS YEAR? Pat Forde: (2:33 PM ET ) Kelli: Yes I do. I think the top half of the SEC was clearly better than the top half of any other league. Lebanon Kentucky: Do you think Mich. should have been in the BCS title game, or do you think that they pick the right team Pat Forde: (2:30 PM ET ) I'm glad Florida is in the game. I just dislike the way it came about. Don't like the switcheroo voting that occurred while Michigan was on the sideline. But I'd prefer Florida-Ohio State
  13. He just went off live chat: http://proxy.espn.go.com/chat/chatESPN?event_id=13864
  14. Forde just said he was happy about UF playing OSU, and also says the SEC is the"toughest conference in college football", and "I think the top half of the SEC was clearly better than the top half of any other league."
  15. I respect you and your dad's passion. :thumb: I know what it's about, I grew up in OH, just north of Cincy. IMO, had the Big 10 been better this year, UM would have gotten (& deserved) another shot at OSU.
  16. I HONESTLY can not understand why it's bogus for a team's ranking to improve after beating a top ranked team on a neutral field. Makes absolutely no sense to me.
  17. I have to give it up to you, your are a passionate one. :thumb: How did you become such a big UM fan?
  18. Then why'd you vote 0-9?
  19. Sums it up. If OSU had lost to UM, I would have been fine with them in the Rose Bowl. If UM gets beat by USC were they "right"? What about it UF beats OSU?
