  1. Barbourville radio saying the same thing except they're seeing it the other way.
  2. After blowing a couple of redzone opportunities, KC finally scores but XP is blocked again. (&!%# special teams). Knox Central 19 Mercer 10
  3. I'm not terribly surprised by this score. Someone please keep us updated.
  4. KC leads 6-0 after 1 qtr. Defense great, special teams sucks as usual.
  5. I believe you're going to see more and more of Knox Central in this conversation in the next couple of weeks.
  6. The more research I do on both teams the more comfortable I'm becoming on this one. I think Knox Central will win by at least two scores. Also, for those of us who watched it, the Central game was not an aberration. Central made some mistakes early that allowed Knox to stay close until the power game took over.
  7. I don't think Corbin has too many problems in this one. I'll go along with 4chs's score prediction.
  8. Wayne County should win but if they give anything less than their best effort Rockcastle is capable of making them pay.
  9. Knox Central played a tough schedule this season and have seen just about anything you can throw at them. The defense has been outstanding the past few games and the running game with the thunder and lightning combination of Arthur and Carton have been eating up the clock and moving the chains. I think they're peaking at the right time and I'll take the Panthers 21-10.
  10. The interception return was pretty much the only bright spot for TC all night.
  11. Panthers tack on another. KC 35 TC 7 Only 1:43 left
  12. TC clogging the middle, KC running basic stuff. KC defense having no problems.
  13. Long interception return by Taylor. 14-7 KC lead.
  14. Panthers score with 9:41 till half time. KC 14 TC 0
  15. I was hoping to give it to you. I'm at the game and it's hard to do. But, I've got it.
  16. Taylor Co receives but goes 3 and out. Panthers drive 75 yards in 3 plays. KC 7. TC 0
  17. I guess I see it differently. I just think it's more fun to see some new names involved. But, I see your point.....maybe.
  18. Why do you think so? While it's true there's no traditional power, I think the fact that there are several darkhorses with at least a puncher's chance is what makes it more interesting.
  19. Knoxed out - Sports - The Times-Tribune Amazingly, Corbin had only 2 first downs in the game. Perhaps lost focus in the emotions of Senior Night?
  20. The Panthers dominated in the trenches. Donavan Arthur rushed for 175 yards on 32 carries.
