I think the best case scenario for Breathitt is to jump out early on Russell and force them to play catchup. In my opinion if Breathitt does not turn the ball over and plays good run defense, I see them winning this game somewhere in the range of 28 to 14. On the other hand if they cough up the ball a few times and Russell manages to run the ball and control the clock, then that score will reverse and Russell will win by about the same score 28 to 14. Either way I think it will be a hard hitting and exciting football game like it usually is when these two match up.

Should be an intersting game. They should challenge Belfry's pass defense with Cole stretching the field. Breathitt scrimmaged them preseason and they were very talented. I think Belfry will have too much for them though.

I was at 2 out of the three. The only one I missed was the Belfry game. It is going to be a rough road trying to beat them both. Nice thing is the fact that this team is loaded with under classman, so they should be even better the next couple of years.

Sounds like we will be making the trip to Russell next week. Should be a dandy.

Belfry rolling looks like. Same score in the Breathitt game with almost same amout of time in 1st qtr.

Breathitt 45 Fleming 0 with 8:45 still to go in the 2nd qtr.

Breathitt 31 Fleming 0 with 1:25 to go in the 1st. Channing Fugate now with close to 140 yards rushing and 4tds all in the 1st qtr.

Breathitt 25 Fleming 0 still in the 1st qtr. Channing Fugate has about 128 yards rushing, 56 receiving and 3td's already.

Breathitt County Colby Fugate 2201 yards passing and 21td's. Channing Fugate 1288 yards rushing and 26tds 3 of which were receiving.

Lets just hope it ends like the 95, 96, and 02.

Good win for PCC, I really thought Prestonsburg would win this.

Breathitt started out a bit rough, but got things rolling for a good road win to finish out the season 10-0.

Breathitt 49 SV 15 still in 4th qtr.

Breathitt 42 SV 15 with 1:15 to go in the 3rd.

Breathitt 28 Shelby Valley 7 at the half.

Breahitt 28 SV 7 with 3 minutes or so to go in 2nd qtr.

Breathitt 21 SV 7 still in 2nd qtr.

I think he is trying to say that if Belfry can shut JC down then the rest of 3a has no chance against them. I think the upper tier of 3a might be a little stronger than what people are giving them credit for this year.

Breathitt 13 SV 7. Breathitt is driving inside the SV 20 yard line. Very sloppy game so far with lots of turnovers.
