  1. Congrats on getting it going JC......
  2. Lafayette scored two TD's and kicked a field goal. Boone scored 1 TD.
  3. Lafayette sophomore Logan Bunch started the last 5 games vs. henry Clay, Scott County, Tates Creek, Dunbar and South Laurel.... He threw for 1000 yards.
  4. Belfry is a great program with great coaches, support and players. Good luck next year. :dancingpa
  5. Salin Simpson of Hc Rod Johnson HC Mike Sweat of PLD Enrique Shaw Lafayette
  6. From my observations :argue: :argue: 1) Sam Simpson can be controversial but is a good person. 2) HC lost the game because they (a) could not hang on to the ball and (b) they could not stop Trinity. 3) IF HC did do the T stomp, I am sure it was a heat of the moment thing that did backfire, but one incident does not define a mans character, or career. I am sure that EVERY coach has said or done something in their past that after the heat of battle they regret. :madman: 4) Trinity fans do have the right to voice their displeasure with the incident, that's why a board like this exists. 5) HCvs. X or T vs. X would bothe be great games. :thumb: 6) good luck to both T and X :thumb:
  7. Enrique Shaw form Lafayette has already committed to Michigan State.
  8. Let me clarify, I am rooting for all LEXINGTON schools, public or private. I want to see a Lex. school win it all. I was simply responding to the fact that I sensed a little arrogance in KD's post. Nothing wrong with being a fan or proud of your team but the smart remarks are not called for. ( If I misinterpreted what he said then I apologize ). I want to see LC and HC advance since they both are capable of winning it all. I would love to see them both win it all, it would be great for Lexington in general. :ylsuper:
  9. I will say BC tradition beats BE..... 21-20.
  10. I think and hope this is the year LC can advance. I will say LC by 3 .... 31-28. Good luck Knights.
  11. KD I can't help but sense sarcasm in your statement about HC and PLD. Let me remind you that you struggle EVERY year with Scott Co. They were the 4th place team in this district this year ( you won in OT), won it last year ( you won after their best player was hut) and the year before when they didn't make the playoffs they beat you I believe and they were the 5th best team in that district. I would be careful what I wished for, there is a big difference in playing these type teams week in week out. Also PLD has better special teams by far, HC has a MUCH better D-line. Now as for a prediction I would say if HC has the right attitude and they come to play, HC will win and probably by a few TD's to make a statement. Good luck to both teams.
  12. Dumbar XP is good PLD wins
  13. TD south Laurel on a 35 yard pass 28- 12 Henry Clay
  14. 16 - 9 Dumbar with 2:13 to go in the half.
  15. I for one would like to see Sphire get the big win..... Lexcath 28 Covcath20
  16. If HC comes to play they will beat South Laurel very badly. Lafayette played a great game vs. HC and played very medicore versus SL. When 2 city teams face off its a whole different ballgame.... I believe Lafayette underestimated SL and as a result got beat, HC will not make the same mistake.
  17. Bardstown has the speed to stop Frankfort.
  18. This might be the best game of the year at any level .
