Truth. But I agree with Oldbird, what does that say about him that quits now? What he said isn't new information, if didn't like it then quit right after the season. But I imagine he quit now to make his point.

Manatee made their decision and hired John Booth, who was the head coach at Bloomingdale High School (a Tampa school). Booth has been the head coach at Bloomingdale for 5 years and I believe this past season was his first winning season and the second in school's history. Also, Booth is a Manatee alum. Manatee school district is in disarray. Not only the school district, but there have been a number of off the field issues with their assistant coaches. I think the idea of hiring someone from the "outside" was intriguing to the school.

I think it is great that a coach from KY was given the opportunity to interview for one of the best programs in FL.

Who is the OC?

Adam Billings (I believe that's his last name) is the new OL coach. Josh Mullins who has been on the staff for a few years I believe is the DL coach. Todd Walsh is TE coach, Bart Bruner is DC, and that is about all I know for sure.

Tronzo will do a great job with all sports, not just football.

New defensive coordinator is Bart Bruner. Started at X in '04 and stayed there for a few years before becoming the head coach at Nelson Co. Came back to X in '09 I believe. Not sure about the offensive coordinator.
