I've seen them both. Highlands twice, against DeSales and CovCath. I drove to Frankfort last night to watch Franklin County and South Oldham. I sat 10 feet from the scouts that Mueller sent. First series, 3 and 10 for FC and they throw a deep post for a score. Let's say the scouts were not prepared for that and were discussing where the receiver came from on the route. Any more info and I'd be in trouble...remember...I'm a CovCath mom.

I live in south Covington and my son attends Covington Catholic. For those of you not familiar with the area that would be the Scott High School area of the Kenton County school district. When he was in the 8th grade at Woodland Middle School, feeder to Scott, we looked extensively at high schools available to him, Scott, Holy Cross, Beechwood, Highlands, CCH, being the main options. Academics, sports, location, all being part of the equation. The best fit for him was CCH, even though we are not Catholic. Currently my son is in his senior year, and he 100% happy with his choice, as are his father and myself.

My public independent school is not. My son's private Catholic is obviously not.
