  2. Livestream got cut but score was 34-6 Logan County on top with 2:58 to go in the 2nd quarter.
  3. Sounds like you think Franklin and Etown are fairly even, if that’s the case I don’t think that bodes well for the panthers. If I’m not mistaken Logan beat Franklin 63-27 on the road.
  4. If this game were at Logan County I’d say the Cougars by 3-4 scores, with it being on the road I’ll take LC by 10.
  5. Logan County (9-2) gets a first round win at home over Marion County (7-4) 35-12. The cougars travel to Elizabethtown (8-3) next week for a second round clash.
  6. Both teams now have the JV players in.
  7. Cougars score on a 65 yard touchdown run by Christian Helle 42-14 SW
  8. South Warren intercepts Luke Rogers for the 3rd time tonight and scores 42-7 SW
  9. HALFTIME South Warren leads 28-7
  10. Logan and South trade interceptions 28-7 South Warren leads. 4th and 10 South Warren to punt
  11. 80 yard touchdown pass by Luke Rogers to Damani Goodloe SW 21 LC 7
  12. 21-0 South Warren dashes for a 41 yard touchdown on 4th and 2. Logan has had south on a couple 3rd downs and a 4th but just can’t finish drives defensively
  13. Yes, I also noticed #8 SR Isaac Christian is out for Logan as well
  14. I’ll take South Warren 42-14, I think Logan might keep it close for a quarter or two but South will be too much.
  15. Logan County leads 28-8 at the half.
  16. Highlands 31 Scott County 14
  17. Cougars running back Christian Helle unofficially ran for 266 yards on 13 carries with 4 touchdowns.
  18. PT 56 WE 0 This might be a running clock in the first quarter.
  19. Has anyone heard of any notable transfers this offseason?
  20. Now Madisonville only beating 1-5 Graves County by a few points would be a good example of “playing down to competition” but when your playing a then 3-0 Madisonville on the road in a decently tough environment and a 6-0 Logan County team for the #1 seed in the district, those two are not good examples of playing down. I think madisonville and Logan County are just much better than anticipated.
  21. week 3 Mayfield goes to Paducah and loses by 26 points, Logan goes on the road to Paducah in week 7 and loses by one score. Just my opinion, but I don’t think Mayfield would beat Logan County. Outside of the impressive McCracken win, Mayfield has played a weak schedule and gotten boat raced by the only really good team they have played.
  22. Give me Bowling Green with a running clock. What bg did last night should send a message to the rest of 5A.
  23. Logan kept Calloway scoreless in the first half carrying a 34-0 lead into halftime, gets the win 51-13 on homecoming night and are now (6-0) overall (2-0) in district play. Solid outing before traveling to Paducah next Friday.
  24. Logan County 28 Calloway County 0 1:22 left to go before halftime
  25. Calloway County (4-1) travels to LCHS for a district showdown with the Cougars (5-0)
