This game should determine second place in 4A District One. Winner gets a home playoff game and avoids the likelihood of having to play at Paducah Tilghman in the second round.

LC 31 yard TD pass. Cougars lead 7-0 at 9:59 in first.

Wildcats playing without number 6 Blake McPherson, who broke his collarbone last week. Starting wingback and safety.

FS drove down to the LC 3 but penalties drive them back to the 45. Not sure what all happened but FS’s right tackle’s helmet went flying then he body slammed the Cougar who did it. 30 yards in penalties on FS but none on Logan County. FS wound up punting to the LC 13.

36 yard TD pass for LC and it already feels like this one is over. Cougars lead 14-0 at 1:24 in first.

Jay Williams 14 yard TD run for FS. Extra point is no good. Cougars lead 14-6 at 10:04 in second. Wildcats defense will have to step it up sometime.

Ayden Jones 6 yard TD run for FS. LC leads 21-13 at 5:19 in second.

Cougars are scoring quickly. FS is scoring slowly. Only defensive stop in the game came after the 30 yards in penalties on FS on its first drive.

Fumbled kickoff recovered by LC at the FS 27.

Rogers 1 yard keeper TD. LC 35-13 at 1:55 in second.

FS driving the ball again before halftime and makes a ridiculous play call with a halfback option pass that got nowhere near the receiver and was intercepted. Chaos on the sideline started by Logan County but this time there were offsetting penalties unlike the first scuffle.

The referee took an official timeout and made both teams take a knee on their sideline and gave them a lecture. I don’t think I’ve ever seen that before. 
 

FS intercepted a long pass on the next play.
