Wildcats run out of time at about the Cougar 40.

Halftime Logan County leads 35-13. Both defenses struggling. Score differential can be traced to 3 plays. One sided penalty call when there probably should have been offsetting penalties on FS first drive which resulted in 2nd and 33 and had to punt. FS would have been 1st and goal at the 3 otherwise. Fumbled kick return by FS which just went through the returner’s hands. Inexplicably bad play call for FS on its next to last drive which resulted in an easy interception for the Cougars. Logan County is the better team, I have no doubt. But without the FS  mistakes it would be much closer if not tied. FS gets the ball to start the second half.

Final score Logan County wins 63-27.

28 un answered in the 4Q for the Cougars, wild ending.

When I saw Logan scrimmage Glasgow at the beginning of the season and Glasgow beat them 54-13 I really just thought Logan was going to be bad this year. It’s so crazy it was 35-27 and then 63-27. Wow.

It seems like FS doesn’t play defense at all they’ve gave up a ton of points this season.

Cougars running back Christian Helle unofficially ran for 266 yards on 13 carries with 4 touchdowns.

It’s hard to beat 20 yards a carry.
