I totally agree with this. The biggest game is definitely T/X as far as what you mentioned before. The most meaningful, story telling game of the week is FD/SD. Same class, same district, battle for best team in 5A at this point in time. All of these are great points and spot on. I know this isn't the right place for this but with the new playoff alignment one of these two teams will not make it out of the second round, correct?

Cooper's freshman team has rattled off a few nice wins recently. Last night they defeated Boone 43-22 but was 37-6 at half. I think the game next week should be a really good game between two talented squads. Looking forward to watching this one as I hear Ryle's freshman team is very talented this season, especially defensively.

I don't know of all the matchups, but I believe that Newport is #10 and plays NCC this week, so I think that is one.

The Jags really found their stride tonight. Total domination on both sides of the ball. Led up front by #72 and #53. They were animals all night long. Total domination from start to finish.

Can anyone provide a summary of this game? Conner really struggled against Ryle, expected this one to be closer.

Almost forgot about Holy Cross getting that first win since 2016.

Although losing to Cooper, I would add Dixie to the group of teams trending up. Holding Cooper to 7 points and under 200 total yards has to give Dixie some confidence heading into week 1 vs. GRC.
