Both teams have good coaches but I believe Coach Crutchfield was the better coach last night and beat a team that probably had better athletes. Lincoln is more well rounded and do not lack for intensity. Lincoln was flying to the ball all night.

Both of my kids went there and I still don’t know how the name came about.

Lincoln County Patriots is unique once you understand the historical relevance of the area.

Lincoln County opens the season against Woodford County at the WPBK Death Valley Bowl in Stanford, Ky. Lincoln comes off its first winning season in years and has looked very balanced in their two opening scrimmages. Game time is 6:00 pm.

Lincoln County more or less destroyed Casey County in their scrimmage a couple weeks ago. It is yet to be seen how good Lincoln can be this year, but it may be a rough season for Casey.
