Mason county has/had a great bench the last few years!! But Biggs didn’t play them Devine was one of them. Biggs didn’t play a talented bench only the starters and maybe 2 off bench. That’s probably why you haven’t heard of Devine. We had more talented players that didn’t come back this year or went to other schools.

He plays slot of varsity.

Mason beat Scott last year in football. Both my sons played for Mason

GRC by 20 Mason lost a lot of seniors last year and about all of their scorers so this team will get better as the season goes on!! AJ Reed and Kara Moran returned.

Mason will have depth this year a couple of seniors that didn’t play last year is playing this year. Mason will be about 10 deep depending on how Biggs plays them.

Got to take my hometown team. I am a alum of Montgomery county don’t know much about doss.

I believe Mason has a slim chance to win this game. If JC take Mason lightly it may be a different story. ( Ok I can believe can’t I?) lol

I would go for 2 to get a running clock especially if you don’t have the players. (Mason county) for example.... too many kids hurt or for other reasons. So yes I would protect what I have especially if I am playoff bound.

I try and be fair when I watch football games but I can tell that Henry 102 yard interception should have stood!! We were there and all of us and some Holmes fans thought there was no clip on play. Holmes fans were friendly and talkative. I enjoy talking to them.

But overall if we can get our injured players back for district games I believe we can compete with Ashland we will play hard until the final whistle. These are a great bunch of kids that play hard no matter if behind or not. Last year if they got down they hung their heads . This year they keep each other up and keep playing. I love this bunch. Could have been 8-0 but the close games we lost may put us at 7-3 after games with grant and Lewis. I told my son last night that you have to keep playing hard and take nothing for granted. Grant and Lewis are looking to give you there best shot and if you are over confident then you will lose those games!! Stay humble.

Got to give coach Thomas credit in the 3rd and 4th quarters. Went to smash mouth football and and used the first 8 minutes of 3rd and stopped them on 3 and and had ball rest of 3rd and going into 4th and ate up minutes and shorten game on players.

Mason was playing without 4 starters that are injured. They making out with the best that they have. If you see Bourbon beat Holmes 14-6. Bourbon had players out also. So you have to play the game with the players that you have.

After we have played both these teams to the wire (Mason county) I really think Scott speed will be the difference.

Mason has a lot of injuries. They just have the will to keep on fighting whether they lose or win. I love this bunch of kids.
