If there just not going to show up and play, why should they be in the KHSAA? I understand if there's an illness going around or if there are suspended players but if they don't want to show up and play, that's ridiculous and there just wasting everyone else's time.

I'd like to know the real reasoning as to why they forfeited. Sickness? Ineligible players? Ski trip? Don't feel like being there because they don't want to get beat like a drum? Is this a draw district and they didn't like their draw? I feel like if it's due to them not wanting to play the game, they shouldn't get any cut at all and should be dropped from KHSAA immediately.

I'd say several Louisville schools, Mercer, Franklin, SK, Mason have played equal if not tougher schedules.

I like it. Since the 9th is so big, you could have 4 opening round games to add Dayton, Bellevue, Covington Latin and Heritage.

Lady Bears will win this soundly but the Lady Royals will win the district championship without breaking much of a sweat.

Yeah the experience of back to back 60-70 point beat downs or in baseball being outscored 40-0 in back to back games, with that team only winning 1 game all year. Yes, what a pleasurable experience.
