A good game plan on both sides of ball will be the factor for HHS. A coin toss on players(match ups) and who shows up. The "SENIORS" for HHS will need to produce and impact outcome.

6/7 days, 4/5 days, was looking for a yes or no with some elaboration on how they did or didn't get better. Not about a team either, individual improvement. Also I will disagree with any time on court makes them better, practice does not make perfect/better. Correct practices make for good development and growth.

Would love to hear,,, how much better has your daughter got from the beginning of this year to regionals???? 3/4 days a week practice and games,,,, just getting perspective?

Watched half of the game and left because I thought ncc would wear them down and be a 10 point or more win. But, did see some quick hands, break outs and good rebounding out of the cats. If they work on ball skills they will be a contender. Pressure hurts them but they did well, good for them and way to fight. Davenport is an athlete and if focused only on basketball would be better than any player I've seen. Still one of better ones in ky. If refs let hands on D, (like what I saw tonight) cats will be in for a battle. But... Cats really rebound and don't give up. Love it. Good outlook for both programs.

Love how she plays, and love that her coaches play to her strengths. She passes to better shots and takes when they aren't there. They get it. It was from opposite 3. Sad for HHS, they fought back and if shot better would be closer more during game. I will say, the off arm/push off needs to be addressed. Not said to take away. Read above. Congrats. 2000 is a great accomplishment.

HMS 6th by 1 Back and forth game could have gone either way. HMS 7th by 1 Both in finals, and yes down by lots.

Not buying the Cooke as of now. She is athletic but not a factor other than defense as of now. Has the potential. The others on Rodgers big and semi sound but the girl on E town runs circles around them. Not putting them down,,,,, they are getting to play in college. Love it. The E town guard could be a major player(10). I've seen other players that are all around(can't teach stuff with skills). Better team and college candidates. Good for them. No digs or complaints. Just saying.

I heard, also heard she turned a coach down twice. Lol. She is good, knows open, knows game, smooth and makes game for herself without forcing. Would love for girls to watch and replicate. ND will work on speed but she will do well(not saying slow). I bet she would hit a 3 to tie/win tonight that's how much I thought of her. 21 one town is the real deal. Plays inside, outside, 3's, drives, pull ups, passes. Fun to watch. 10 one town is good as well, quick and finishes. Rodgers has big players, they were just that, no all around play but solid in fundamentals. Plus they get after you. Fun to watch and both teams were good.

Agree, same play different year. The roots wither like I said. You grow or die. The game changes everyday. Keep up and teach it, encourage it. Be amazed on what your players can do for the team/game. Don't except less. Again I will say 9 pts a game won't beat many in region play.

When you can play against yourself, be better than the day before, and figure out how to not be a pigeon hole driver, shooter, big, defensive only player, and be a complete player you have fun and no coach can create plays, defenses to stop you/your team. They may slow some but you will be wore down. What college coach is looking at how well you run plays???? None. Hustle, attitude, team, CREATE FOR YOU AND YOUR TEAM, shoot WELL, fundamental play. Three quarters of all high school players can't dribble with off hand. Makes me sick. And they make a 3 and now their a shooter. The answer is teach, coach, let them play and advance to a different player. Same crap. Different season. The journey is fun but growing roots kills players. Select=2 steps forward, school= 3 back. No growth, the roots are withering.

Scared(when your afraid to fail your not playing), no fun(again scared and not showing what they can give to the GAME/team), handcuffed(shoot you come out, drive you come out, don't follow the regime you come out), don't play in front of ball either end, no aggressive play on either end, stand around(nothing changes, your not adding to GAME), the list goes on and on. IF this group played a pick up game against most they would do well.

9 points a quarter isn't going to beat a 7th grade team. Bottom line...... Get the handcuffs off , be athletes, create, and.......score.

Funny, I know 5 (at least ) that are better and off the grid. It will all come out in 2 years. They play an all around game and make others better not just themselves. Again funny to read about some names. The others will win because they understand the game(team). And, and they will be appreciated and looked at by colleges not just this silly high school stuff. Just saying, don't take offense.

He is the 4th best shooter on the team but shoots well. Why do you think they box1 and face guarded others.
