I will add another point LCA is pretty dang good folks. As much as I hate to say it they will play Danville for the east in 2A and both teams a real good shot at the title.

I have heard that Thornton has thrown the ball well and with the dimension he adds running the ball it is another option. I have heard their offense will be just as good as last year.

Yeah would agree. Here is my take on game. First off congrats to CAL. Heck of a defense and Wright is a future D1 guy. The Cal DE's kept the ads from getting deep. After that I truely believe that the Ads beat themselves. Bad snaps which have hurt the Ads all year killed them today. Talk about shooting yourself in the foot, the Ads blew both feet off today. As for the Ads I thought their defense played very well except for Wrights first TD and his passing TD. The Ads had a good offensive gameplan I thought until they got away from it. Overall great season for the ADS, and watch out next year for Danville they will be back.

That would be debatable. I will have to see how the ads offense looks. Lca will be right there in the top five or better. I always go with the better qb when teams are equal so I will until I see the ads go with lca cause miller is a good qb.

I think you can throw LCA in the picture they return alot and were a very good team this year. They right now would probably be the favorite in the east.

Holy cross came after dampier but only got him a few times. Their offense is set up by getting the ball out of his hands to playmakers. Will be interesting to watch this unfold. Also how well will CAL matchup with danvilles outside guys will be the biggest factor in the game IMO. I still think the ads skill players don't get enough respect.

From what I hear yes. He actually was ready to go back on Friday but was held back.

I think holy cross was more of a matchup problem for Danville. Big bruising backs hurt the ads the most. I think CAL's big line may pose a problem but the ads have faced big lines for a few weeks now and have prevailed. I like Dampier to lead his team one last time and if walker shows up like he did last week I think the ads win I will take ads 38-35

It is still amazing how many people aren't even mentioning van cleave not playing in second half. That's probably a td or two. Still Barnes is an impressive man. I was impressed with the Indians but proud of ads stepping up when it mattered. Now bring one home and start a new but old tradition again.

You guys are pathetic Abernathy wasn't close to the yardstick on the previous play. Also the long pass play was incomplete. And last van cleave didn't play the last half. Need me to go on about how the ads shot theirselves in the foot and let you back after it was 42-21. Congrats ads for manning up when it mattered and Holy Cross on a good year.

I think you guys have a good defense if not I think Danville would win going away. One thing that is really not noted is how accurate Dampier is and that he doesn't get rattled much.

Team speed always gets teams when they play Danville. People know Vancleave is fast but they put 5 guys out there every play that if you're out of position or miss a tackle its 6. And on Vancleave, fastest kid I have seen in a while, and will make you miss, looks like a video game at times. As I said I think the Ads win they are hungry after last year. And though there are two big backs I find it real hard to believe if you can't throw on them I don't think you can just smash mouth them.

There has been one defense slow them down all year, and I wouldn't give them full credit because Danville had snap problems the whole night. I think it will be a good game just think that the Ads move on.

I love how Northern Ky people think their teams are the best ever. I agree the two guys look good. Wheatley at LCA is a load. The thing is Miller makes them very hard to defend because he can throw to 4 guys while you're trying to stop the run. Also LCA has a very good Oline. I think that the Ads overall team speed which gets alot of people to the ball will make a difference. Also the Ads offense is very hard to defend as well. They are multiple in that they have five guys at all time that can take it to the house. I am not sure that Holy Cross has played an offense as good as they will play against Danville.

One thing I see is that Holy Cross is one dimensionsal and LCA is not. Danville has feasted on teams that cannot throw the ball. I also think that LCA is one of the best offfenses in 2A. Gonna be a great game but I like Danville 31-21.

Vancleave is a junior, as most of this team outside of Dampier and Stanfield. Hats off to LCA they had a great season and Wheatley, Stuckey, Miller and #13 will be a hard force to stop next year. Danville played probably its best complete game of the year. I thought what they had game planned really paid off in the second half and was really impressed with the Ads on the defensive front for holding up a whole game with Wheatley and the big Oline beating on them.

I still go back to two plays. Walkers drop then fumble by Harris. Until that point Danville owned LCA. After that it seemed like the Ads got away from running the ball. The biggest thing was LCA found a set that they could run out of and pounded it

Congrats to LCA, showed a lot of guy battling back. Agree with wireman that go back to the walker drop then fumble the game changed. Also LCA found a matchup in the running game with the line and dominated it. I was very disappointed in the ads they laid down offensively. But hats off to LCA they earned it now the Ads can learn and get better and play on.

This game may be a wake up call for ads. I still like my team!

Pretty sure that all Danvilles speed is not on track team. But also track and football speed are two different animals. If track speed mattered say the 100 meter why doesn't the NFL use that as a measuring stick. I will take a 40 TD dash but still it doesn't do justice. I will say this Danville has walker vancleave Harris and a couple of others that if they get loose they are gone.

Thunder1 must have heard LCA had a good night of practice where the offense scored at will on the scout d and the defense shut out the scout offense running Danville plays. Pretty sure I won't be complaining, unless it's a blowout. I will be laughing I'm sure though.

I agree if you look at this stat they look to be the same but look at their schedules.
