great game, Erix Edwards threw for 281 Yards with Will Stanley having over 150 of those. Oldham County had multiple big stops but just couldn't keep #5 out of the endzone (all 4 TD's). Our stats have Perdue with 18 carries for 94 yards (8-24 1st half) they have him with 18 for 102. Their passing game is what impressed me, #5 won them the game, hands down.

KInda like the randal cobb play where the kickoff did not go out of bounds and he stands out of bounds and then touches the ball. By rule, the ball is out of bounds and a penalty on the kicking team and the ball spoted at the 35 I think

here is a weird one. Punt hits a kicking team player about the 22 yard line and bounces to about the 5. The returner picks it up and returns it to the 30 and fumbles and the kicking team recovers. The ball placed on the 22 yard line and awarded to the returning team. I asked multiple ref's I know and it was the correct call. Starange but true

With Oldham County coming of a big win on Friday and heading into the match up against Bullitt East with both facing a win and get into the playoffs and lose and your done at the end of the season, who wins? East is 3-6 while OC is 2-6. Looks like OC has the edge on defense but Bullitt East is way ahead on Offense.

I agree, there is stats on Max preps right now where the team has 89 solos but the other team only ran 74 total plays and 25 of them were incomplete passes.

The Bullitt East High School football team may have to forfeit last week’s victory over Shelby County after school officials determined female kicker Christian Foster should not have been eligible to play. The Chargers beat the Rockets 56-31 on Friday, with Foster converting 8 of 8 extra-point kicks and recovering a fumble on an onside kick. It was the first football game for Foster, a senior who also is a star on the Bullitt East girls soccer team. Bullitt East athletic director Troy Barr said football coach Mark Sander determined Saturday that Foster had not completed the six practices that are required of all football players before they’re eligible to participate in a game. Barr said Foster had participated in five practices before Friday. Barr said the school self-reported the violation to the Kentucky High School Athletic Association. KHSAA communications director Joe Angolia said Wednesday the matter is “under investigation.” The use of an ineligible player typically results in a forfeit by the offending team. Foster will be eligible to play in the Chargers’ game at Nelson County on Friday.

the one from Bullit East. Was talking about protocall where they had to practice so many days in shoulder pads and then so many days in helmets before they can play? Its just gone now? Or am I over looking it? maybe to many hits to the head playing football all those years, lol

OC had Chick' Filet, but we went to Nelson County last year and their grill was awesome, everything smelled great. Pork, hamburgers, hotdogs

Its pick your poison with Shelby County. OC set out to stop the QB who had 258 yards the previous 2 games. They held him to 0 yards but the other 2 backs had big plays to beat them. #30 had 10 carries for 126 (86 yard carry on 3rd & 25 on their own 14) and #2 had 3 carries for 85 (60 yard carry in the 3rd). Defense returned a pick for a TOUCHDOWN and another to the 1. Verry good overall team

Oldham County has the middle package. It is nice. But to address the have and have nots. When I went to Manual our lineman shoots were hand made of wood and other schools had nice metal ones, lol. I'm sure there are schools that can afford better weight rooms and training equipment also. Always will be the have and have nots.
