OC intecepted collins on their 1st drive and drives the field and scores to cut lead 21-14

With 5:00 left on 2nd score tied 7-7. OC has had 2 dropped passes in the endzone on 2 different drives. Collins explode for 2 quick scores on their next 2 possessions. Halftime 21-7

Well they normally do not let ANYONE in their press boxes either. They make the opposing team use the 6x6 uncovered "Crows Nest". Seen coaches stuck up there in the pouring rain, trying to film and do stats and coach all in that little area. No surprise to me if they are charging them to use the press box....

OC had struggles with Penalties ( 2 TOUCHDOWN's called back) , Roughing the passer on 4th down that allowed them to tie the game, the new "personal foul" for blocking a defenseless defender that negated a 40 yard pass and dropped TouchDown passes (2 dropped) that all can be fixed. These kids have to get in a winning mentality. We will just have to wait and see how the season plays out.

I think your wrong about the talent. I think they will surprise people this year.

OC has a bye next week and Collins the week after. Let's not forget that Ratliff also caught the 2 point conversion that brought them within 3

i noticed the Stuart vs Olmsted game had a score of 8-6 (correct) but down a little bit was Stuart Academy vs Olmsted Academy with a 8-8 score?

Well, Mr Hand may have emailed you that, but as far as I know, we did not have a game that weekend. also, unless 15 players quit friday after the game and then rejoined Monday before practice, I didn't know that happened either. But, I am a lowly coach and there are things that I am not privy to. He may have informed the head coach and got everything worked out before practice on monday. :-)

That is 'False News". lol They have played 2 games in the jamboree beating both Ramsey and Farnsley, beat Olmsted the 1st week and then beat Kammerer this past week so I'm not sure where you got that incorrect info? Who did they supposedly forfeit to and when?

It was an ugly game for stuart, holding penalties cost them 2 touchdowns and they had over 150 yards in penalties. The defense was still the focal point of the team. Holding Kammerer to only 5 first downs and a big stop in the RED ZONE to end the game.

Stuarts defense led the charge throughout the night. Stopping Olmsted's opening drive, the Stuart offense drove down the field scoring a TOUCHDOWN and the 2 point conversion. The score stayed 8-0 through the 3rd quarter. A defensive stop by Stuart on their own 20 to end the 3rd left the Spartans in a good position. The OC made a few substitutions that didn't work out well. Coming out of the change of quarter, a delay of game penalty, false start penalty, Fumbled snap, 4 yard loss and that brings up 3rd and 26 from the 3. A fumbled hand off and a defense recovery made the score 8-6. The defense held strong and kept them out of the endzone and the 1st team offense cam back out and drove down the field and ran the clock out. Great win for Stuart,

looks like the big kid from Olmstead is ineligible now since he is also playing youth league which is not allowed.
