  1. Owen just has too many weapons. Tightens, McDonald, Williams. I can't see Walton within 25 points

  5. Statman, I just read on Bluegrass prep that Allen is out for Pendleton Co for medical issues. So will not get to see him play.

Beechwood had 4 players in double figures Ben Toebbe 20 pts Ethan Lloyd 14 pts JT Toebbe 14 pts Cole Hicks 12pts East Jessamine Nathan Harper 11 pts Yallen Woods 10 pts
  8. They aren't playing for another week. Benson would help on defense and rebounding but not sure if he would make up an 18 point difference.
  9. Beechwood shot 57% for the game and 65% from 3's Henry Co shot 35% from the field. Beechwood B Toebbe 17 J Robbins 15 with 5/6 from behind the arch E LLOYD 14 with 4/6 from behind the arch C Hicks 10 Henry Co. T Wells 13 pts E Tuggle 6 pts
  10. Beechwood and Pikeville has to get out of school early on Thursday and also miss school on Friday due to late time and about 4 hour drives. And they lose and off day in Feb.
  11. Ben Toebbe at beechwood started over half of the games including against NCC and Cov Cath. He was assigned to guard the best player a lot of the time. He will be a great player in this region. Has a good handle and good size, about 6'3". Can shoot and finish.
  12. It would just be easier if we went back to the way it was, years ago and have the Champion weekend be the Friday and Saturday after Thanksgiving. Most of the games last week were blowouts. Do we really need to have almost every team in the state make the playoffs.
  13. Ben Toebbe at beechwood started over half of the games including against NCC and Cov Cath. He was assigned to guard the best player a lot of the time. He will be a great player in this region. Has a good handle and good size, about 6'3". Can shoot and finish.
  14. I can't wait to see this game. It should be a great game with an amazing atmosphere. I think Beechwood takes it.
  15. I just saw Beechwood play yesterday against ncc and they lost 4-1; however, ncc didn't score until 10 minutes left in the first half and didn't score at all in the second half. Beechwood looked very good for most of the game besides those last 10 minutes of the first half.
  16. Beechwood has no size on the line, this will hurt them when they play a school with a big line. With Kyle Rowe getting hurt in the first quarter, they got even smaller. we will have to see if he is able to come back.
  17. Look at district #35 , Cov Cath and Holmes have been 1 or 2 every year with the other teams being Holy Cross, Latin School and Beechwood. We can skip the district tournament and just put those 2 in the regional every year. These 2 teams have play for the ninth region tournament at lest the 3 years.
  18. Benson was called on to defend their scorer. Bankemper was a big body inside. Pendleton had all the starters I thought would be there form last years team. T. Allen was playing and they ran a lot of play through him. Beechwood played a good team game with a lot of passing and assist.
