Great win for the Lady Chargers tonight at Franklin Co. A balanced scoring attack, Duval 18, Williams 16,Scott 16 & Henn 10 or 12. Play solid defense taking a total of 6 charges on the night.

The 6th will be impacted greatly by the results in the 24th district. For the past 2 years Mercy has won the district and Butler has drawn BE for a first round regional game. The 24th district is up for grabs and who ever draws the 24th runner up could be in for a early exit(Butler 2015). I will say Butler has to be the favorite based on how they have played, however they are not a lock. Its going to be a fun post season.

Hardwood ask earlier what Mason Co strength of schedule was. Based on this information it is 16. I am not sure how many teams we have in the state so i cant give you 16 out of ????. There is more than 20 and less than 5000

I don't think you can compare a summer scrimmage to a preseason scrimmage. I also dont think you can base any rankings on a preseason scrimmage but Male losing twice has to raise some eyebrows. Male plays with a attitude that is sometimes a goodthing and at time works against them(6 T's in ascrimmage and the coach getting tossed).

Considering that the #2 Male & # 8 Manuel both got beat last Sat by teams not on the list I would say we are in for a very exciting year of basketball. (Before anyone says it.......I know they were scrimmages)

The Bullitt East Hoopfest will be Nov 20-21. I will post teams and game times later.
