  2. 7th grade winners- Camp Ernst, Highlands, Beechwood, Newport, Woodland
  3. Does anyone have copy of the Lloyd Preseason Scrimmage schedule for next week?
  4. What a great season of Middle School Basketball!! The Nothern Kentucky Talent is second To none.. Let's have some discussion on who everyone thinks would make YOUR 1st team for each grade - let's say 7-8 for each grade-
  5. @Qryche11- In regards to 6th - Holmes still has some athletes and a really good point guard- I think if group sticks around they will be very talented- I think this years Holmes Squad could've been very special had they didn't have 3 kids re-district to Woodland-
  6. In early morning action at Gray- 6th Woodland over Gray by 3 Grant by a bunch over Holmes
  7. If you weren't in Grant County tonight then you missed #4 for Conner 6th grade get very hot! He was either 8-10 or 9-11 from 3 and played no more then half the game.. Great game by both Grant County and Conner with Conner coming out on top in a close one!
  8. Conner 6th won by 15 or so, game was much tighter then that in second half.
  9. Congrats to Landen Halmiton for making 2nd team all tournament in last weekends 6th grade state tournament-
  10. I was able to watch all three OVC teams play, all three looked very solid! I thought Boyd had the best player and the best team out of the three teams even though they suffered a 2 point loss to Mckell- Bright future for all 3-
  11. In Hebron - 6th grade game was a game of runs with Conner coming out on top.. Landen Hamilton sparked Conner while Caleb Brooks was the standout for CE. 7th grade- Peyton Feldhaus made his 7th grade debut and although not a 100% he was still the difference as 7th grade CE avenged their loss earlier this season to the colts. 8th grade- Did not hear how this game finished. In other action: 6th Twenhofel over Turkeyfoot 6th CC over SVA
  12. Beechwood 6th coach I believe is Tim Huff..
  13. Without question Beechwood is one of the top 3 or 4 teams in Northern Kentucky- Very skilled and well coached!
  14. Beechwood - Cameron Boyd, Andrew Goodwin and Mitchell Berger all were stand outs for Beechwood, Cameron taking Beechwoods all tournament team selection! Conner had several stand outs for their tournament run - noteables- Ayden Lohr, Dan Campbell (Conners all tournament selection and Landen Hamilton (tournament MVP)- Both teams have tremendous talent and will be very tough outs moving forward!
  15. 6th grade In Dayton- Conner will play Beechwood for the 3rd time in a week for the Championship this Sunday, teams splitting first two! Terrific talent on both ends, game is 1:30 Sunday if interested -
  16. CE 6th & 7th Over Gray Twenhofel 6th pulls upset against CC Highlands 6th easily over Turkeyfoot Woodland 6th struggles in first half but pulls out win over Summit-
  17. Woodlands schedule shows this game as a home game-
  18. CampErnst/Gray Twenhofel/CC Woodland/Summit Highlands/Turkeyfoot
  19. @raiderbird, I agree with you on your obersvarions about CC- I'm hearing about this same problem at several public schools at the middle school level, not exactly sure what is going on but it's the very reason why kids are leaning towards not playing school ball..
  20. Woodland got them first game of year by a few points-
  21. Conner - Conner won by 12 or 14 but it was a very well played game from what I understand-
  22. Yes Highlands has a stacked team- I believe the 6th grade team has only one loss...
  23. 6th grade Beechwood is a very good team however Highlands must have their number as they have edged them twice this year!
