  1. Updated!! Again, please message me the results as you see or hear about them. Need some more help with Grant, Highlands, IHM at all Levels-- If you see something wrong let me know and i will adjust. 2
  2. I will have completed tonight.. I had to redo entire spreadsheet..
  3. Don’t disagree but watching Conner play several games over last two years i have noticed they don’t match up well against long athletic teams.. should be some really good games next week- there is a CC/Woodland game that will also be a must see -
  4. I’ve watched a bunch of 7th grade basketball this year.. there are 4 teams that can beat anyone on any given night (Conner,CE, CC and Highlands)— If Conner plays good then they will be tough out, if they play under potential like they did yesterday, then any of the teams above will beat them.. i would predict that they lose one or both games next week as Conner is on the road playing CE and Highlands!
  5. Doesn’t surprise me - Gray has really struggled this year, they are really missing the extra guard that was cut this year- Woodland is a good team and will compete with any NKY 7th grade team!
  6. Won by 30ish- CE played great but Highlands was missing players!! Regardless very good win for CE!!
  7. 7th Grade- Camp Ernst over Highalnds and Grant County Conner over Ockerman and Gray Ockerman over Grant County CC over St Pius Woodland over Gray St Pius over IHM
  8. I did my best with the information that I was provided. I do think it will become easier now that I have something to work from. DNP= Did not play- AD likely changed schedule, if I get the correct dates I will revise. If Blank= Likely played I just didn't get the results. Thanks for everyone who is sending me direct messages to help make this project as complete as possible. 2
  9. Updates - TF 6th wins easily Connor 7th wasn’t challenged- Two of the top guards in NKY 7th go at it and Connors guard comes out on top for tonight- TF 8th wins- Woodland 7th wins battle of the bigs over CE- Woodland 8th wins by 1 in final seconds over CE- Ockerman 7th wins easily for SVA IHM 6th wins over Twenhofel Twenhofel 7th over IHM
  10. Update on results/Updates- I have come across a few hurdles so far— 1) I’m working from Bearcatz initial schedule, 90% accurate but some games have been moved.. 2) i need additional help with 6th grade 3) I’m not getting a lot of scores, just results, so you will only see a W by the winner- i would be happy to post scores but need help with that also. With that said i will be posting results/records each week if anyone sees something not accurate please message me and I will make adjustment.. Hope to have first two weeks posted Sunday, then each Sunday after.. Please direct message me results -
  11. Late post - Woodland wins easily against 6th Connor- 7th Connor rolls- 8th Connor wins-
  12. There is enough interest in standing/scores thread to move forward - please send me private message as you see scores come in- @Brcatz is there an updated google Doc with the schedule? I believe the one you attached is close but not update..
  13. It may exist but if it does i have not seen it and that is the records of the teams as the 2017/18 school year moves forward- i know that both Lexington and Louisville have websites to view the results!! i would be willing to compile and post each week the results for both girls and boys 6,7&8th if everyone is interested - if majority is interested then please help me with the results as they occur and i will compile and post for everyone..
  14. Camp Ernst struggled but won at 7th and 8th.. not sure about 6th
  15. Sorry for late update but for those interested Connor won both 7th&8th by 20&30 respectively...
  16. Played as a real game 6,7,8th girls at Conner & 6,7,8 boys at RAJ- From what i understand the W or L doesn’t go against Conner but may for RAJ not sure how it works when small school plays big school..
  17. RA Jones/Connor tonight- Update - 6th -RA Jones wins easily- RAJones has some nice size and some good guards-
  18. Isaac Miller (SV) 8th grader this year and Carter Krohman 7th grader from Twenhofel both moves up to play freshman..
  19. Camp Ernst 7th and 8th is very good and will be coached very well!! Both teams will be frightening for 1 seeds in their grade- Holmes 7th - Not sure if roster is same or not but they struggled last year to compete with upper half teams!! i have also heard their top point guard maybe playing 8th or 9th that would be another blow for them! I don’t know what either team had coming in at 6th grade-
  20. @MTGL- Beechwood has a special 7th grade group and one of the top NKy teams! Two years ago i made this prediction!! They will have no issue in small division division and will be bored playing at that level - With that said iwould still say after watching every Loyd 7th grade game and all but one CC game that the top 7th NKy teams are Beechwood, CE, Highlands and Conner- Conner being the favorite!! Regardless all these teams have a bright future and good luck to them all as they all will see each other again now that the real season will be starting -
  21. I made it to CC last year won’t be making it this year, Please keep updated...
  22. @MTGL Villa- they played Ludlow and Tichenor, I hope that helps:) Gray- two double digit losses- offensively challenged - they did pick up a few new kids, perhaps the two that are mentioned- coach appeared to treat as scrimmage so results could change when rotation shrinks..
  23. 7th grade winners- Woodland Villa Highlands Beechwood Conner I was fortunate enough to watch all games again today! Highlands struggled today but ended up winning a tight one against a scrappy RA Jones team who is very talented!! Woodland was really impressive against a very good CE team.Woodland offensively struggles but they are as good as it gets half court defensively and rebounding.. Beechwood/Conner/Villa had no issues tonight!
  24. I attended all 7th grade games Wed night and I left most impressed with Highlands! The Conner/Beechwood game was the best game of the 4 games but it was obvious one team played to win and the other treated as scrimmage. Beechwood had some kids who played sick and didn’t play due to injury and Conner had a starter out to injury and didn’t play any starters over 10 minutes and none of the starters played in OT — I do know when these two teams locked up in Dayton kentucky tournament finals it was a 20 point win by Conner... Without question both teams will have great success again this year! Both Camp Ernst and Woodland looked impressive as well, this is a very deep class..
