True Sixer, CVH won't have many of these nights, it happens...but I will disagree that I don't think Kunkel will have many nights picking up that much of the slack. I don't think he is there yet, I could be wrong and if I am I'll be the first to admit it! Putting it another way, he cannot fill McNeil's shoes when he has an off night. Double figures maybe, but I'm talking very high double figures as to what McNeil on a nightly basis is capable of, that's all. I think Cooper has a good team, McNeil I believe is going to have to carry them most nights. Take him out of the picture and take away 25-35 or more points a game, then what? I just don't think Kunkel or anyone on Cooper can make that up. -

I have heard about this Allen player, is he the real deal? Only a freshman? -

Sounds like CCH had an off night and no one could stop the McNeil kid! I do like the CCH coach, and will say whatever team had McNeil would have won the game, not too sure coaching would have made a difference! Just read the newspaper where McNeil said he had something to prove and he wants the college looks too...kudos to this kid, he showed up and showed out and hopefully some schools will come knocking now, no reason they shouldn't! It's obvious he's good for 25-35 points a game if not more, the down side of that is that I hope the coach don't totally rely on that every game, every now and then you lay an egg, and you hope the reinforces pick up the slack! Unfortunately I don't think any of the players single handedly can create points that McNeil does. CVH will be back in rare form, it just wasn't his night! -

In talking with the football dads from Ryle, McGregor kid is not a quitter! Plagued with unfortunate injuries yes, but not a quitter! If anything quit on him it was his body, not his mind or spirit! In the end the body rules and what his body needed was a rest from injury. Absolutely nothing wrong with that! Good luck to this young man come track season!

Not sure if it was a great season or not. Their season record greatly improved but they did not go any further in post season than last year. Imo, a great year consist of going much deeper in post season, it's not where you start, its where you finish and they didn't finish any better. I blame the coaching staff, they did not utilize their player/athletes well, especially England which to some was non existent standing on the sideline (what coach in nky would leave this kid on the sideline) and the game calling left most scratching their head in the end:confused: Best of luck to the Raiders next year!

Ryle/Simon Kenton Playoffs Predictions

It will only be close imo if Ryle chooses to run the ball and let the rb's pound it out, as opposed to taking it in the air. I'll take Racke over Morgan any day, Racke is way more of an athletic threat and too quick for Ryle's D-line, he proved it at the last meeting, this is the advantage SK has over Ryle, and this is what makes me think SK will get the win, 28-7! I'm hearing Powell is out, but I don't think that will be the deciding factor, SK is just too strong for Ryle this season. -

And what a disservice to Big 7 that deserves more, in the system all those years for this? Imo, the shine on that toy is becoming dull!! -

I am hearing it has to do much more with the "type" of head coach they have. He's placing a bet on one ticket when the odds are not in the favor. I've seen them play a few times, but when I heard England barely played in Dixie's game I was a bit perplexed. It's not rocket science, it's high school football! Their new qb is not doing anything more than the qb's he's playing against lately. Under pressure he seems uncomfortable, unlike Racke or Brown from Cooper, can't imagine what Brown could have done if he'd been playing that position all along!! If this is the case, you have the horses, run the ball, RUN THE BALL!! But Engler is choosing to keep it in the air. I believe the torch has somewhat been handed to the Chisholm kid but for the life of me I don't understand where England has been in all this. Feel bad for the kid and I've heard a few other players have been in the same situation. Best of luck to them, just don't think they will be playing past next Friday! -

I guess that's my point, why is he not touching the ball more? Heard he was on the sideline against Dixie half the game! What crazy coach would put such an athlete on the sidelines? If it's the head coach, he's not helping the kids' numbers much! :idunno: -

How did Ryle win this one, on the ground or in the air? Did they run the same ol same ol? I'm also wondering why England's numbers are so far down? He has been their armor the last several seasons, what has happened? -
Seriously now, why do you guys care? Why waste the time and energy on something that has nothing to do with you! Grow up! Making a fool of yourself!! Whatever her intent is, whatever the motive, she is free to do so! Last time I checked, if your not paying her bills, putting food on her table or giving blood to save her life, you have absolutely no right to judge her on this move, any parent anywhere will put their child first for their best interest regardless if it hurts feelings! This is the real world, grow up! No room for cry babies:wave:
