  1. Only one card was for persistent infringemnet. 1 was for the coach. 1 was for unsporting . And the other 3 were for reckless play. And your only argument is comparing the cov cath and hc game. I could bring up several other games where 6 red cards total were given out. I just don't understand where your logic is coming from to label HC as dirty players. And this was carried over to the st.Henry thread by the same people as before. HC has never even been given a red card in any games. Not necessarily meaning they are not dirty, but your strongest argument is stating the card status. And commenting on ONE player who was called for persistent infringemnet. If you ask me it sounds like excuses on why these power house teams don't blow HC out.
  2. Cov cath is better, but I always like upsets. 2-1 NCC.
  3. Hope Scott wins this one. All Nky teams have my support.
  4. Its all good clean fun. But thanks and good luck to all you st. Henry fans against Boone.
  5. Congrats to NCC. Sounds like the usual coach McDonald.
  6. Overall good game by both teams. Both teams played hard. However, it is completely unjust to sit there and say hc was chippy more than st. Henry. If anything it was completely equal.if you was gonna by cards 2 to 1 which you referred back to constantly in the cov cath game. You guys are just a bunch of homers.
  7. Should make to be a interesting match. St Henry 1-0 in regular season play on their senior against HC.
  8. I really hope your not being serious. Excuses. Excuses. You guys are quite comical.
  9. You've said it best. This is the point I was trying to make. I just couldn't stand the insults thrown at hc. And the excueses on why cov cath didn't slaughter hc was amusing . Overall cov cath is the better team. And good luck to both teams in regionals.
  10. I have seen several HC games. In certain games the aggressiveness is and isn't there. Ncc they lost 4 to 0 and they did not become hacks or foul constantly. In the HC vs Scott game they lost 3 to 0. They did not become hacks and so on. I think in the cov cath and HC game it got out of hand. The center ref tired to control it but fell apart. I believe the fault was on both sides, but obviously this argument is not gonna change your mind
  11. Thats what it was intended for.
  12. You must have been watching a different game because both sides we're doing the same amount of hacking and dragging. This is also high school soccer. Meaning the physicality aspect will almost always be present. Cov cath may not be use to that because of the finesse soccer they like to play.
  13. Point taken. Just give me examples of the dirtyness. 6 yellow card does not mean you were playing dirty.
  14. Good teams play through hacks anyway period. Not saying cov cath is not a good team. I just can't stand when people REVERT to making excueses. Suprised having 5 starters for HC sit the bench too. There coach did not pit them back in. Showing another example of how the 1st string offense could not score on HC second string. Eventually cov cath I believe in the 25 min marker he took out all remaining starters.
  15. It's not my school first of all. Secondly I just love to hear people make excuses. It fills me with joy. I would hope the almighty Cov Cath could out posses the "hacks" of Holy Cross. You people amaze me
  16. There seems to be a lot of animosity towards holy cross for just playing hard. Both teams were running there mouths throughout the game. However, it was 2-0 and cov cath player committed an obvious foul. From then on the chipping went back and forth mainly starting from number 7 on cov cath. Ill I hear is just excuses on why the score was only 3-0. And if I recall from the Cooper game it was completely even in the foul standpoint. And the only player to receive a red card was Cooper.
  17. Wow. Was not expecting this score. Congrats to cov Cath on their senior night though.
  18. Brossart 3-0. Cooper is not the same team as before losing Ross.
