No feelings are hurt at all. I just hate arrogance. Again, that's why we have underdogs. If SK or Lafayette get destroyed in BG then so be it but the game still has to be played. Fact of the matter is that there are 2 great teams in Louisville. Male and Trinity. Everybody else is just another team. If SK or Lafayette or Scott Co. or Central Hardin play Male or Trinity the odds are definitely stacked against them. Fact of the matter is that I would take SK or Scott Co. or Lafayette over EVERY other Louisville school including X. Fact of the matter is that the game still has to be played. Ever had a bad day? Could happen, right? If it does then the underdog could walk out of BG with a really nice trophy. How many years has it been since Male had powerhouses. Quite awhile. I don't know? I know this. Ever seen the movie "Any Given Sunday"?

Not that it is fair comparison but if the best 2 teams in the NFL are in the AFC or the NFC do they not play the Super Bowl? It's called game because it has to be played not just handed over. Without a doubt. Like I said, Ohio requires these games to be played on turf. That is why they're plated at a neutral site and usually at Nippert.

I am pretty level headed when it comes to officials. Those guys were AWFUL!! The field was a mess. That is why games like these should have to be played on turf. They do it in Ohio. Both teams had to combate the same slop but Cooper definitely had the advantage because of them being used to that type of surface. UK1 was not making excuses. Just stating the facts. On a side note, I can't believe I'm defending UK1.

True and this is the playoffs so it could be a beat down as well. You never know but I'm sure Cooper will be ready and prepared. The question remains as to whether or not that is good enough to beat or compete with SK.

That may be the matchup but the SK offense will not, and I mean NOT, get shutout. The Pioneers may not win but their offense is high powered and multi-dimensional. They won't get blanked.

Is that new at SK and Dixie for next year because I know of quite a few kids in all grades who open enrolled this year? Secondly, I am in NKY but I am not familiar with Louisville schools. Just going off of what I heard. If the busing thing is true then that is more screwed up than open enrollment because the coaches and AD's in Louisville are essentially recruiting their teams and who wouldn't want to be a part of a powerhouse if you are a top player?

So I have a question because I'm not educated on it but the way I understand it Louisville public schools participate in busing. Is that correct and if it is doesn't that change the types of players that some of these schools have? IMO that is just as screwy as open enrollment if not more screwy because a guy from Louisville was telling me that the schools get to pick and choose who gets bused where? Is this correct?

QB threw the ball well and the defense forced 4 turnovers that the SK offense capitalized on. Final SK Frosh record for the year was 3-6. Lost 2 close games and could've finished 5-4. Ifs and buts, you know how that goes. The young men from SK have a bright future.
