  2. I would like to see some of the uptempo, quick passing that has worked so well all season for the Bengals. Tyler catch the ball, Andy be more accurate, oline protect Andy better. Dline chop that BLEEPING Oak tree down!!! If Ben keeps pressing his throws into coverage we'll pick him today. The way first half went 10 more points by either squad might win it. What was over in this contest? Go Bengals!
  3. The difference in pass rush pressure is very telling so far.
  4. False start penalties getting offense of schedule is leading to an inability to convert third downs, which Bengals have been great at this year. Steelers with lots of pressure on Andy so far. So much for Spindoc and his boohoo defense.
  5. I thought they would wait a little longer! I hope he is 100% ready to go and not coming back too quickly again. I think this move, at this time, shows Bengals are looking to step on the Steelers neck for the division. I think he will make an impact in tackling and create some more turnovers for our defense. Go Bengals!
  6. Terrible stance, did not breakdown, didn't run through the tackle, and got trucked because of it! I have had experiences in four different games this year where the band was playing during live play. Three were in middle of quarter while band was in the stands, and once behind goalpost just prior to half. No reaction by game officials.

  8. I love Ohio State and really like JT Barrett but when you are chosen as captain of a football team it elevates the expectations for your behavior, actions, etc. A very poor decision! I echo JumperDad in that I am glad noone was hurt. Can only hope this gives him pause for thought in future situations. P.s. 1 game is too light.

  10. Both teams seemed more run oriented to me. Boone's double tight, double wing might be perfect for conditions. They are too limited from spread, I don't think it fits their personnel. They can hammer #44 in the mud. Boone's D struggles against pass so mud will help. Connor seemed to be very Q oriented in run game from spread. Passing was ok, but they too stayed with run when I watched. I think Connor's D is a little better and might be difference. Good luck to both teams. Play hard, have fun.

  15. Having just watched 3/4 of this game on Hudl, don't know what happened prior to this game in their season. One a thrower and other a runner? Any hints on their normal run pass mix?
  16. My oldest two had to have Bagel Bites or Totinos as after school snack. Now that they've flown the coop, I keep some Kroger crusts stocked for quick pizzas, but if I plan ahead always homemade crust on pizza stone. Sorry frozen pizza companies.
  17. My family is split on what they all like so I make multiple kinds. My wife hates glaze,carrots, peppers, smoke flavor etc., so she gets a fairly plain loaf and likes it on sandwiches. I prefer a little more variety. If I only have ground chuck I don't fuss, but like to use a three meat mix of chuck, sirloin and ground pork. Usually in the 3# total range split into two loaves. Egg as the binder instead of a panade. Usually use plain breadcrumbs, but love to experiment(saltines, ritz, panko, even Cheezits). Onions for sure,with carrots every now and then. Thyme as main spice with salt and pepper,maybe some chipotle powder if I'm grilling it. We prefer free form loaves on a sheet tray over loaf pan(too much grease). I've converted 3/5th of the household to a glaze of ketchup, Brown sugar, and balsamic vinegar. Usually baked at 350*. My son loves mashed potatoes so usually serve those plus a veggie. If I'm home alone I spice it up and grill it on my Weber kettle with hickory chips.
  18. Meatloaf is awesome comfort food with many variations possible. Simple ingredient list or complex. One type of meat or mixture of different cuts? Glaze or no glaze? Serve as main meal or save some for a sandwich next day? Bake it in a loaf pan or on a sheet tray, or even in a cupcake tray? Bake it or grill it with some hickory smoke? How do you like your meatloaf prepared?:hungry::hungry:
