Come on now, you don't believe that. The rest of St Joe, St Mary and St Phillip who go to Brossart would find a way to make it to Newport everyday. They've done it in the past and they would continue to do it in the future. There's a train that leaves everyday to take kids from Alexandria, Cold Spring Silvet Grove , Melbourne and Higland Heights to NCC. I'm glad they are trying to improve their situation. Hopefully the school can count on you for a big contribution!

Today's game was a true reflection of Brossart. Although they have only won a handful of games the only blow out was against Calvary. They've played their opponents tight in most games.

It's nothing new. Coach Eviston is having the same results at CovCath as he did at NCC. It takes time for his players to understand the offense and scheme. Once they do, lookout! I'm sure Coach Brown knows what he's doing on defense, but who needs defense when you can out score everyone.

Wow, surprised by the score. I thought the Tigers would of taken the Briar Jumpers to the wood shed. 2a might be in for a surprise if Somerset plays like this the rest of the year.

I would be cautiously optimistic. Although they have not been challenged this year, one could say NKY football in general might not be very good this year and CovCath has fallen into a good talent pool during this time. It's still early and LexCath and/or Lafayette could of had off nights. Who knows? What is promising is Coach Eviston appears to have this team believing in themselves and momentum is everything. Last night was a little easier on LB13

The Mustangs were first and goal numerous times tonight but the Tigers did a good job defensively of keeping them out of the end zone. Until the Mustangs get a handle on the penalties they are going to struggle scoring and keeping momentum. Bellevue is definitely a big play offense while the Mustangs are more methodical. I'm surprised the Mustangs didn't run the ball more. They had more success running at Bellevue rather than running off the edge. Macdonald had many opportunities running the ball tonight, I just wish he would give a hit sometimes instead of taking one. Can't say enough about Nathan Bezold.
