Exactly my thoughts as well. So far Burfict has proven as a franchise face. Plays hard and fast, a prow bowler. It is also my understanding that he has been a model player and teammate.

I was literally the only one in my entire family to go to a public school. I have connections to CovCath, St. Henry, and Beechwood( even though it isnt catholic) I have/had family at these schools. They tell me that a big number of kids that attend, are not catholic.

I saw Andy Dalton at best buy before. He looked like a normal mid 20's guy. Nothing about him makes him jump out as a pro football player.

I can guarantee a very large number of those playing sports at private schools aren't catholic.

Dunbar is a public high school, which would suggest more people go there because the live in district. X is a private school. Parents send kids to private schools because of 1. the education is "supposedly" better and 2. sports.

What they should do is move cooper and Conner back to 5A, move up Highlands and Covington Catholic. Then you would see an nky team in the 6A finals 9 out of 10 times.

College Basketball will be fine. It was fine when you could declare for the draft out of high school. You may miss out on some highlight reel players, but if all you want to see out of a college basketball game is a human highlight reel, you should probably just watch the NBA.

I'm sure many coaches would love to have Tebow. I mean the one shot he had at starting, he just went to the playoffs. Tebow is for sure better than some starters now, but that's a whole different thread. Bridgewater won't slide out of the top 10.
