Absolutely. I'm thinking more that he has a high ceiling rather than being able to be a shutdown corner from day 1. -

I would love to see the vikings get back into the second round and take Jean-Baptiste from Nebraska or Desir from Lindenwood. Both big bruising corners able to go up against the likes of Megatron, Marshall, and Nelson. -

At the end of the day, we agree on 3 out of 4 points that have been made. I'm just not ready to give up on the metabolism aspect of it. Didn't mean to be an arse the other day, guess I was in a bad mood. -

Substituting a shake for a meal will lower metabolism, because all of the nutrients and vitamins are not there, real food makes your body work to digest it, shakes do not. by your body working and actively breaking down real food it raises metabolism. I'm not saying for yo to disregard shakes all around but, They are meant to be used generally after a work out. that can boost your metabolism as well. no where on a protein bottle will it say: This protein can be used as a meal substitute. -

You're right!! My personal trainer, nutritionist, and doctor, who all said that they will lower metabolism, all lied to me. -

It lowers your metabolism, therefore, when you eat an actual meal its going to go into conserve mode and store it as fat. By eating 5-6 small meals a day and drinking a shake after a workout, you promote high metabolism. You want to build lean muscle, which in turn, burns fat. There are also other variables when working out that help build lean muscle and burn fat. Heart rate is a big one too. -

Cutting out meals for shakes is AWFUL for you!!! -
One thing that just came to mind. How many of these witnesses were drunk ? I know if the driver was drunk, then her passengers were probably drunk as well. I say this because of the credibility of the witnesses both in the car and watching from afar, would be basically useless if they were intoxicated.

Yes, he was a redshirt freshmen. I'm guessing he had just turned 21. The source that stated he was 21 was, WDRB Louisville. The only thing I can think of is, the officers being a little more stressed because it was derby day. The only other thing I could think about would be if Mango was disrespectful while not leaving.

Mango is 21.

Casinos in Kentucky
bluegrassball92 replied to bluegrassball92's topic in Kentucky / National Politics
Rumor has it that 2 spots for casinos have emerged if a bill can pass. The first spot is in Covington where the old Jillians was, and the other in Bowling Green, being that gambling is illegal in the state of Tennessee. The company that wants to put a casino in Covington, is the one that has a train circling it and can be seen from 275 by the Covington/Independence exit. I believe it is called Columbia Sussex. They own various casinos in Vegas. -
Casinos in Kentucky

Look at Indiana and even now, Ohio. Their schools were in pretty bad shape. I did a walkthrough of a school in Indiana that had upgrades from casino profits, and it was sharp. -
I have read recently some rumblings about bringing casinos to KY. I am finding mixed articles on the house bill itself, so I will not post it. Here is an article I found on Fox-19 website. Personally I am for it. It will greatly help our state economy. Portions of the casinos proceeds would go to roads and schools, as well as, create jobs, not only in the casinos, but in construction as well. New legislation may allow casinos in Kentucky - Cincinnati News, FOX19-WXIX TV
