Reds @ Dodgers (May 26 - 28)

Agreed. I question Price alot. I think in the past couple series and especially in this one, he has made some ignorant decisions. Not to mention half of our lineup couldn't hit a beach ball. -

When do you think it would be time to worry? 50 games left? -

I have never seen a team roll over like the Redlegs. It starts with our joke of a skipper and GM. Facing Greinke who is 7-1, and Price puts his JV team in. I also agree with the statement made by malachi, that the reds did nothing to improve in the off season and that starts with Walt. Hoping they can pull off an upset tonight, but considering how poorly the reds do against left handers, and it's Clayton Kershaw, it doesn't look good. Hopefully they can salvage this trip in Arizona. -
I'll be bold here and go 9-3

That is just crazy to think about. He could have bought an Xbox One or a PS3 with the money that he has sunk into an app.:taz: -

The Reds just look lost this season. They face Greinke tonight and Kershaw tomorrow. It would be fair to say a sweep is in order. Greinke 7-1 2.01 ERA Kershaw 3-1 3.49 ERA, but it's Kershaw. -

Any time that a new coach takes over a program and brings in a whole new staff, there are gonna be transfers. It just so happens that UofL brings in quality transfers. -

I have found that a good breakfast, as well as, drinking at least a gallon of water a day will do wonders for the body. -

Petrino has always been known to bring in transfers. I like the idea, especially when they are quality players. -

That is the beauty of it all. losing weight is a slow process when you are burning fat and adding lean muscle. Your weight fluctuate all the time. I use a scale once a week to see if i have met my two pound per week goal. So far I am down around 26 pounds since november. -
What Do the Reds Do with Big Pasta?
bluegrassball92 replied to UKMustangFan's topic in Major League Baseball (MLB)
Totally agree. It seems like our pitchers are left hanging alot. We have 1 player batting over 300, which is Meseraco and he's only been in 18 games. -

We all have our opinions but, I won't stray off the thread with my opinions on Homer. I agree Simon goes back to the bullpen. -

I have never been much of a fan of Homer Bailey. I Don't think he is a team first guy, but I cant seem to believe he's just a bullpen guy. I think Latos comes back and fills in at the bottom of the rotation and then moves back to 2 after the break. I say they will put Simon back in the bullpen and start Cueto, Latos, Bailey, Cingrani, Leake. -
Ok, so for the first year its a normal 6 class system based on enrollment, and then teams start jumping around based on how they do.
-
So, basically it factors out enrollment ?

I know that one thing that I have changed recently is doing too many lifts. I have seen the most results when I do 3-4 different exercises for 4 or 5 sets each. for instance my chest day includes Standing pec flys (resistance bands, 5x25), Incline Push ups:5x25, bench: 185, 4x25 last set is a drop set 40 10's on each side, Decline bench: 4x25. Core planks, yoga ball sit ups. I usually either follow it up with cardio or start with cardio, but I do 30 minutes of 1 minute light jogging, 1 minute sprint with high resistance on the elliptical, always changing heart rates. Thought this may be of some help.
