Senior night. Cold rainy and snowing. Great football weather. Not much to say about the game. It was expected. On to the playoffs.

Good game CAL. As I said in the earlier thread, your guys came out, and punched us in the mouth, and we had no response. We were just bad last night. The fake punt was a great call, and just a back breaker for us. We have a month to get better. I have a feeling we'll see each other again soon.

We are lobbing the ball all over the field. Bad bad game all around. Good job CAL. Good game plan. We'll see you guys in the playoffs.

We are definately rusty. Too many penalties.

Lets re-visit this after tonights 2A games. There are few good ones.

From what i understand, DeSales will not enforce the penalty fee. Although disappointed we didn't get to play, We aren't in the business to kick someone when they are down.

It used to be $ 3000.00. Not sure if it has gone up.

It wasn't a swipe at FT Knox. I've said countless times, that they need to do what's in they're best interests. It's my prediction. That's what the thread asked for.

I predict a 2-0 forfeit.

You always have an excuse for things. You won't allow yourself to see things for what they are. I'm sorry but Meade County just isn't that great. Your schedule is horrendous. of the five teams before you played Male the combined schedule was 8-26. That's beyond terrible. You aren't that good.

If If If. If we hadn't muffed the kickoff, you only score 7. Nobody is unbeatable. But it would take the perfect storm IMO to beat either us or CAL for the tigers. This is your last chance to get it done. You guys are on your way up to 3A.

We would definitely finish ahead of you guys. You've had your chance 2 years in a row in our scrimmages. We know what has happened. It's never been close. I'm sure Male was kinda uninspired to play you guys. They have a big game this week.

Our depth, and size dominated you in the second half. Look. Congrats on a good season. But take your third place trophy in the district, and be happy. Your not beating us, or CAL in the playoffs.

Meade County didn't impress me at all when we scrimmaged them. They only put up 7 points. And we are just a little ole 2A team.

The kids didn't make the commitment to play on fall break? They absolutely made the commitment. I don't think anyone forced them to play football. You know your season goes through fall break. It's a mute point at this time. The game wasn't played, we got the 2-0 win. Ft Knox needs to do what's in their best interest. Remember. We didn't schedule the game. It was a district game the KHSAA scheduled it. Sucks it was our homecoming game.

Yeah, I'm not sure we have the horses (get it) lol to play with the mighty centurions. 2 TD's sounds about right to me.

You think the coach who represents the school had no idea before today they weren't going to have enough kids to play? You don't think he knew at any point this week when having practice? You really believe that? It wouldn't have changed anything, but he should have had the courtesy to let us know earlier in the week.

In the end. FT Knox has to do what's in their best interest. I get that. Obviously they are going through some tough times. Maybe they should have dropped out of district play this year in 2A. They are moving to 1A next year. When i think about where they were 20 years ago, it's mind boggling. It's just not good for our team. Now we will go 2 weeks before our season biggest game.

Give me a break. I served in the Marine Corp, so i know all about military life. I know that if my child made a commitment to a team, he would honor it. Also... Their break includes all of next week. Nobody could have left tomorrow?

No. we are staying in 2A. We aren't just going to hand over 2A to Mayfield. lol
