I would say it's because Louisville Magic 15U is playing on Court 1 at the same time

I was surprised myself, with both teams being ranked in the state. Lexington Future plays Bengals saturday @ 10:55 at KBA

Appreciate your response, I had actually ment to ask the gentleman that responded to your post saying he heard this from a player himself. The only concern or worry that I have is that the same issues that arouse in Ashland, whatever they were, arise here. No one wants to see kids that live and love the game walk away from it. As I also stated, I'm not saying that I have a issue with Masons decision to hire him or that he is a bad fit, just that as a parent of a child who plays, I hope Mason athletes do not have the same issues that Ashlands athletes experienced.

I've spoke with several players from the team, and not one of them have mentioned transferring. Did they tell you personally that they wanted Brian as the head coach?As I've said before, I can't make a judgement about the head coach decision because I do not know the new coach. I hope he has great success and gets great results from the players.

I am in no way trying to pacify my child, nor did I say that I disliked the coach. I stated that I had not formed a opinion on Masons decision for head coach, regardless of the things I've heard. I personally hope he puts some fire in them.

Whose the player?

I don't personally know Coach Biggs. Know the conversations I overheard while playing at Ashland last season were very negative about his ability to interact with the players. I would be lying if I said I wasn't nervous about the change, but will make my own judgements as the season begins.

The players had a quick meeting with Coach Biggs last week, have heard a few complaints about their first impression but only time will tell. Know he sent Garrison a message this weekend saying he looked forward to meeting him at open gym this week, Garrison was at the meeting and spoke with him, guess he didn't know who he was

Lexington Future went 4 - 1 at the Future 150 Main Event in Birmingham to win the silver bracket. Only loss was to Team Penny who was overall tourney champs

Lexington Future 15U went 2 -2 in the Atlanta Jam Spring Showcase. Took a tough early loss to Da House out of Mississippi who won the tournament

Yeah, I didn't know that until yesterday. Going to be a big loss for the Future, but still a really talented team.

Garrison and Perkins were both freshman this past season. Garrison didn't play freshman though, he started JV and played Varsity. Not sure of the freshman's record, but believe the JV was 24 n 2 or 3.

Isaiah plays for a AAU team in Lexington, and his father lives in Northern KY, but has no plans of relocating!!

That's Awesome, really hope he makes the team and has a great summer!! I know AAU done wonders for Isaiah Garrison, and ready to get this summer started!!! Sorry, this was in response to PurplePrides post about Dalton Perkins!!

Mason Co has a JV team that's full of talent

Mason better be ready to play some defense or suffer their first loss of the season. Hope they come ready to play and show some enthusiasm!! 2 teams loaded with talent, should be a good game. Mason 72 Central 65

Thought Mason's defense was lacking in the first half. Augusta played a scrappy game as always. Ryan Johnson played a great game for Mason and I was proud of Isaiah Garrison's enthusiasm and defensive contribution. Good win Mason!
