  1. Would love to meet the one and only Randy Parker and world famous LA Wildcat.
  2. All depends on PCs ability to hit the 3 and having Allen back will make a difference. While I think Harrison might have the edge in talent, I'm feeling adventurous today ..... PC 75-70.
  3. Camels seemed to have turned on the tournament switch. If they keep up the defensive intensity and have less than 12 TO, they win 68-62.
  4. Campbell County didn't play very well at all. Did not get back on defense and gave up way too many easy baskets. Blake Losey had a career game for the Camels with 29 unofficially. Was not overly impressed with Boone; or the officials.
  5. That would be the biggest upset since ...... Dr. James Naismith ......
  6. Game was at Campbell County. I didn't see anybody from either team taunting. Camels FINALLY decided to pound the ball inside to Wilson. Camels settled for the first open shot in the 1st quarter and they weren't falling. Down 21-8 after 1st. Went to Wilson the rest of the game which opened up the outside for Jackson.
  7. Campbell County 13-15 from the line. SK 19-27 from charity stripe. Camels shoot 46% overall while SK shoots 68% overall (there's all your lay ups off the press) I had both teams with 15 turnovers Even game throughout the first as Pioneers go up by as many as 7, but Camels cut deficit to 21-19 after one. Pioneers outscore Camels in 2nd to lead by 9 at half. Camels turn up the defensive intensity out of the locker room and work their way back to take a quick 51-50 lead but trail after three periods 52-51. Camels press in the 4th and SK goes on 10-0 run. As previously mentioned, the press didn't seem to bother SK. Camels gave up too many easy baskets and the 4th quarter became a track meet. IMO the Camels can score in many ways. Putting up points is not the issue. If they are going to make a run in the tourney, it's going to be because they decide to flat out get after somebody on defense and cut down on the turnovers. Defense wins championships.
  8. Final from Alexandria. Blake Losey leads the Camels with 25 points on Senior Night. Deondre Jackson with 13 and Craig Neltner with 10.
  9. Unofficially Blake Losey with 23 for the Camels; played as hard a game as he's played all year. Soph Cole Hegyi with 18 points and 11 boards. Deondre Jackson with 17. Camels need the intensity that Losey had all night. DJ Jenkins got a lot of his points from the line in the 4th quarter and Thompson had free reign inside without Wilson in the middle for the Camels. Wilson may be back on Friday vs. Fleming Co. Camels called for twice as many fouls and only shot 4-7 from the line while Harrison was 25-33 from the FT line. Hard stat for the Camels to overcome.
  10. Harrison County + DJ Jenkins + Campbell County - Matt Wilson = Harrison County 76 Campbell County 72. Simple as that.
  11. Jordan Day off the bench for the Camels with 17 (6-8 overall with 4-6 behind the arc). Dre Jackson with 16. McGovney and Hegyi with 10 each. Camels shoot 53% for game including 8-19 from three. Pendleton 8-27 from behind the arc and 32% overall. Pendleton 12-19 FTs. Camels only 9-16 from the stripe.
  12. 65-50 Camels with 5:50 to play. Day off the bench for Camels raining threes
  13. Wildcats starting to hit some threes. Camels with too many turnovers.
  14. Nice touch by the always classy Mustang program ...
  15. PC 3-12 from behind the arc. CC 6-14 from three land. Wouldn't have thought the Camels would shoot more 3s than the Wildcats. Dre Jackson with 12 at the half.
  16. I think the same was said about MoCo last year come tourney time ....
  17. Had heard a few days after it happened that the expectation was "out 2-4 weeks".
