Anyone go to this game? Missed it due to work, Jags up 21-8 at end of first, Hathorn and Hawkins both had 2 fouls in first qtr, sat most of second and Hathorn picked up quick 3rd at start of 3rd qtr. Heard the officials called quite a few bad calls on us.

I heard they missed a bunch of taunting calls.

Great job Camels! Way to get it done.

Is this a record for points scored against Cooper at Cooper? Defense is usually pretty stout.

Game was at Campbell County. I didn't see anybody from either team taunting. Camels FINALLY decided to pound the ball inside to Wilson. Camels settled for the first open shot in the 1st quarter and they weren't falling. Down 21-8 after 1st. Went to Wilson the rest of the game which opened up the outside for Jackson.

Taunting by which team?

Joke. My Cooper friends spent filled half a thread recently with taunting complaints.

Cooper still down McNeil and the other starter ?

We're all friends.

Camels did what they needed to do to win but there were a bunch of blown calls. Having Hathorn on the bench for nearly 2/3 of the game hurt big time as CC had no answer at the beginning of the game as Cooper jumped out to a 21-8 lead. Hawkins followed up with 2 fouls in the 2nd qtr and thus it was pretty easy for CC to comeback between hitting 3s and owning the boards. The 75 points given up is the most of the year I believe but without any size for a significant portion of the game that was the difference. Also Cooper continues to miss far to many FTs as the game would been put away had they been solid from the line.

No need to make excuses but even with the questionable calls the smaller Jags battled hard and the guard play of Kunkle and Hendrix kept them in it. Kunkel hit several 3s when it looked like they were out of it. Good contribution from some bench players in Watson, Brown and the freshman Runion who hit 3 big FTs to cut it to 2.

Hats off to CC and I commend the Jags who keep battling with 2 starters out but hopefully they will be back for districts.

Thanks Mr Sixer. Had a friend keeping me updated, when he told me Hathorn and Hawkins had picked up fouls and the score changed so quickly I figured that's what CC was doing. Free throws will get you every time, definitely something to work on

Glad to hear Wilson is back for the Camels.
