Congratulations to the Colonels on a great game and even better season. As one of the biggest Bulldog fans out there it's hard to swallow especially when I had the great pleasure of coaching Quinton Chames in middle school and see the sadness in his eyes.Cov Cath Iknow you will represent the 9th region on great fashion and bring the hardware back to NKY. My motto...GET SOME !!!
There were some when he was in grade school and played for tar heels. YES!!! He was possibly attending Holmes, I have been a friend of the family for years through Ronnie, who is Brandon grandpa. his dad Scott lived across the street in the 90's and played on my court, so yes I do know.
Heck, to be real. I'm a 50 year old man jumping around like the Colonel Crazies on the sideline rooting for my Bulldogs like I have since 1977. We all get caught up in the moment cheering and rooting for our kids and when something seems wrong...we react, don't mean you and I are classless, just means we care.
Ironic...once the truth is out about how classless the Bulldogs were, when realistically McClendon didn't hear correctly what to do, there isn't many more comments. WOW!!! Is all can say!!!
He did it at Cov Cath several times throughout his career but not as intense. I used to dislike his sideline blowups when he was at Cov Cath. Personally I think there is a huge sourness he is still tasting.
