  1. No comment. Good luck the rest of the year in hoops and keep on working hard.
  2. You do know last time Highlands beat Newcath was in 2008. I don't care if your a football school or not there is no reason why Highlands can't be good in basketball. There are way to many athletes in those years that could of help the basketball program out. It use to be the best rivalry in the 9th now it's pretty much laughable. And for your comment on winning regions. People don't understand with CovCath and Holmes being in the same district and being in the top 10 in the state the past 2 or 3 years. Newcath had to beat both of them to get out of the region. The draw just didn't favor Newcath and everyone knows anybody can beat anybody on any given night especially if you are top teams in state. I will leave it at that. I hope Highlands can start getting the kids to play basketball it makes the Newcath games way more exciting. The Mic is drop.
  3. If Kentucky was like all the other states and had classes for state titles they would be considered a powerhouse. Now against Highlands the past 4 years they have been the most dominant with a winning margin of about 40. Not bad for a school that has about 160 boys in it.
  4. I don't know maybe, but I do know the Jones kid is ask Radford Coach I take his word over yours.
  5. Scored 29 against CovCath team is pretty good in my book. Especially how well CovCath plays great defense
  6. Without Weyer Lloyd can give Ncc a really good game. I believe the last time they played Weyer had 31 pts and did everything for them.
  7. True. Holmes would have to play great to beat Covcath
  8. CovCath number 1 in State but number 2 in District. Crazy stuff. Lol
  9. Congrats to Ethan. Keep working hard
  10. This makes no sense. Holy Cross hasn't lost to a 9th region team. They beat Cooper, Covcath, and Newcath so what if it was at Home. CovCath lost 2 games at Home against Trinity and Wilmington. Holy Cross beat CovCath who was #1 in state in some polls last week and beat Cooper at the time they were 15th in state and beat Newcath who in this poll is 11th in state. I think Holy Cross has played a great schedule so far. Remember just my opinion
  11. Why relax I'm stating my opinion. He runs his mouth for what just play the game. The game against Wilmington the kid that scored 38 against him Flood was running his mouth did that work no. That kid will be playing for UC next year why Flood will be playing in a Rec League running his mouth. I'm just not a big fan of that stuff especially when you are just a role player for your team the past 2 years.
  12. Flood had one good game and he wants to talk. That kills me. Against Holy Cross he was talking stuff the whole game and did nothing. Cracks me up
  13. I'm curious besides the game last night what other games did you watch Weyer play. Since you said you watch him 8 times.
  14. 3 years ago in region semi finals they did get the ball inside. The results were the same. McDonald and Schulte shot 5 for 25 from the field and 5 for 15 from free throw line and the results a CovCath win.
  15. Like I said Cooper has never beat Newcath in basketball. And also Ben Weyer is the best player in the region I think he prove that tonight.
